Never go here just find another Firestone! This place is horrible customer service! The manager sets a rude example as acceptable, which the rest of the employees clearly follow. Also this place will nickle and dime you for everything and up sell on every little thing too. Wow they must be hungry for customers! Well if I had as bad management as this place is being run on I would have no customers too! However Firestone is a good company as a whole, unlike this location. This location and its employees need an attitude adjustment and a second look at Fire Stones mission statement.

I received wonderful service here. One Tuesday I woke up to a flat tire, but couldnt take time off from work to get my car serviced. Thankfully, this facility was open late and available to take my car. I came in at 6PM and although they close at 7PM and had other work, they promised my car fixed by the morning. The mechanics stayed an hour past closing to finish up their work. I was able to come in at 7:30AM and walk out five minutes later with only $20 in damage and my car ready for the drive into work. Thank you Firestone for being so accomodating!

They are not professional. This is the worst place. They dont have any time sense. They dont know whats the importance of an appointment. They over book the appointments and make you wait for hours. My sincere suggestion is to avoid this place if you can.

Larry was fantastic! We were out of town and blew a tire. Didnt get to the shop til 7 and we were out of the shop before 8 with 4 new tires that got us home :) thanks to both of the guys that night for their help!

Food is rather bland and lacks anything special. Itll solve a craving for Mexican food, but you wont be impressed with anything. The highlight would be the prompt and friendly service and clean facilities!

They werent able to get me in for an oil change on short notice. Once I came back for my appointment, it took an hour to get my oil changed.

DONT GO! they told 1 and a half hrs and it took over 2 and a half they would not patch my tire DO NOT GOOOO
