Here is what happened when I went there... I asked them to replace the upper outlet on my vehicle. They told me they would need to do a diagnosis. But I didnt need one. I had broke the part myself. But they said they would include the fee in the repair price. The next day they called and said the problem was the thermostat housing was cracked. So I drove over there and showed them where the thermostat housing was and explained that this part was not the one I needed replaced. They told me the repair would be $275 and I waited 2 more days for them to get the part and to no surprise they ordered the the thermostat housing not the upper outlet. Then they told me they had to ordered the correct part and the repair would be $680. So I called the dealer and we confirmed the correct part by VIN even and they told me for them to do it out the door would be $320. I asked pepboys if I could just please have my vehicle back and they said "yes, sure". So of course when I went there he tried to charge me $45 for the check. I argued with him because they did not diagnose it correctly, did not order the correct part even after I pointed out they had the wrong part and they gave me a bogus price. After some serious arguing he gave me back my key.

I have been going to this location for some time now and I have never been treated so well by a shop before. Every single person that works at there is amazing and knows what they are talking about and will take the time to explain what is going on with your vehicle. The level of integrity they have is second to none I have never been recommended work I dont need. I have no problems paying the higher labor cost because I know the job will be done right and they back their work 100%. I had my block crack on my 93 Chevy K1500 in 2016 and I had them replace it. It was done quickly and professionally and the truck has never run better. Shortly after I had them replace my transmission and transfer case as well and it was worth every penny. I have received nothing but compliments on how well my truck runs and it is because of this great group of guys. I am a customer for life at this point and I recommend them to anyone that asks. Keep up the great work guys and thank you for keeping my project alive!

Went in wanted a certain tire, they only had 2 in stock for that morning and they would be able to get the other 2 in by 1pm. I was going to wait that morning for the 2 tires and have to come back tomorrow for the other two. As I waited, he found another type of tire only $7 more that they had all four of there so that I didnt have to come back the next day. Also, he gave me a deal on the alignment I was going to have done to make up for the price change in the tire. The deal on the alignment was so that I could still qualify for the "buy 3 tires, get the 4th free" rebate offer. I also needed an oil change and was wondering about synthetic oil as compared to high mileage. Jeff and I went out to the car and he took a look at the mileage (which I forgot to check) and told me everything I needed to know about which would be better for me and cheaper. They didnt try to sell me on anything more and the prices were very reasonable comparatively. This is a great place to go!

Today I went into the Clermont Store and was greeted by the manager Scott. I explained why I was there. (Engine light was on). He assured me he would do everything he could to help me out. I am in town on vacation. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Jeff whom was also very kind and finished helping me out I had to go through the warranty company. I had to fax over paper work to them. Once everything was approved by the warranty company. He kept me informed of everything that was going on with my vehicle and told me step by step what was going to be done. I can not say enough how much I appreciate what they have done and the kindness that was shown while I waited for my vehicle to be completed. Thank you to Scott, Jeff and the rest of your team for the work that you did and the respect and kindness that you gave to me and all the other customers that came to your store today. Went to this location to get my girlfriend a new set of four tires for her vehicle. They are not a full Pep Boys retail location though they do have a few miscellaneous automotive parts and products like windshield wipers and fuel additives. Primarily this is a service location focusing on tires and lube and it was at this that they excelled. For a small location, they had more selection in my size tire in stock than I would have expected and they could order in anything they didnt have within a few days. Prices were reasonable and comparable to others. At the time of our purchase they were offering a buy three get one free (by mail in rebate) so we got the full set for a great price. The staff were very friendly and informative and answered every question. The gentleman who assisted us even gave us a little bit of a discount since we went ahead and did an oil change while the car was on the rack. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.

What a joke this place is !!!!!! They take advantage of people who are not mechanics ! My son went in to have his new tire he bought (from another place) and have it aligned.............we left with a list of things to be done before they would do the alignment, my my husband who is a mechanic did all of the work so we went back to have the alignment done, after waiting for them to "get around" to doing it they called back and said it was all done wrong and they couldnt do it. We took it down the street to Tire Kingdom and they put it up on the lift and showed us what the liars from Pep Boys said was wrong was nothing but a lie!!! Dont trust these crooks, they are only after your $ and could care less about helping people out !!!!! Im sure they enjoyed their lunches they were eating when we came in to get his vehicle...........like I said, this place is a JOKE !!!!!!!!

We have been going to this Pep Boys location since they opened a few years ago. We have always had positive experiences. They explain the work needed on our vehicles and have always set the correct expectations with us. Nelson, the manager, has always been welcoming, Jason the mechanic who did the recent work on our Jeep did AMAZING work. Everyone has been very helpful and very accommodating whenever we come in, especially Edwin who has ALWAYS exceeded our expectations. My husband and I wouldnt think of having our vehicles serviced anywhere else. We brag about this store and Edwin to our friends and neighbors who have also taken business here with the same experience. Keep up the great work guys!
