Good morning. My son has a 03 BMW 330i that like many sons do not maintain their car. He called me one Sunday morning and said my car is running hot. I said pull over and he did but as sensitive as BMW engines are the damage was done. I called my insurance for towing and they advised they had a preferred shop that they would tow the car and I agreed. I got a price and it was $ 3,500 to repair or $ 5,500 for a new engine. I called around and found ASAP Auto Salvage. They said engine replacement will be $ 2,200 and they just picked up Z4 with 39K miles, same 3.0 liter engine that is in the 330i. I was not sure whether that price was believable based on the work and getting an engine. The work was complete and the bill was around the same price I was quoted and would definitely call them again for work. The tow truck driver in the process smashed the front of my sons car, not sure how and was not the responsibility of ASAP Auto Salvage but they started working on it and asked that he come back for complete repair when he is home from college, at no cost. Now that is service. Thank you ASAP Auto Salvage and I would recommend them to anyone. the problem with these people is that they have too much money. they can "AFFORD to give you money. the owners has land all over the place, but he has lazy sons and he himself has turned into a slob. WHEN you call their , they will say anything to get you to come to their SNAKE infested yard. Just because their are a bunch of wild hillbillys and are accustomed to snakes all over the place, does mean people from the city should be. the son said to me over the phone, we are surrounded by BUSH. wow ! likes that is acceptable business to tell me go in the yard , you want me to go in those cars and then a snake could be hiding inside , are you a madman ??? Your father will lose everything one day, because of this, how to heck can you tell people to go in your unorganized yard and tell them to pull parts knowing that there are snakes all over the place, do you even do anything to eradicate the snakes so that your customer are safe ? they hire felons at cheap labor to work in their yard, and they are rude !!! they advertise on Craigslist, and not on the site used by most recyclers , why ?? their prices are not even cheap, this is a """""JUNKYARD"""""", not a brand new store or new aftermarket store , these people are using too much BUSH

Me and a friend drove from ocala to this place because a worker told us they had several rsx but when we got there only one was available then we looked around for other parts on other cars and some of the ones for sale then a older guy which was one of the workers told us we couldnt look in cars or unlock them so in other words I felt he was accusing us of stealing so he was very rude then told me to lock up the car so I told him we didnt unlock nothing we were just checking the car out thats why is called a junkyard then he told me to lock the car so I just left it I dont work there nor do I care so he can take the time to lock it himself overall very bad customer service and they are rude I wouldnt recommend anyone to this place and they have the highest prices then any other junkyard around

Horrible experience in this junk yard couple months back I purchased a part suppostly good. When I got home I installed and it was bad. I went back to junk yard with receipt explaining to tom it was bad, hes one of the managers refusing to give me my money back but giving me credit in store for $100. This week I needed more parts which I call for quotes, I get over there and he charges me higher prices, even the employees say hes always saying different prices(unprofessional). I purchase a part that he had told me twice a price of $75, my credit was $100, he took my credit broke the receipt and says thats it. What happen to my $25? Trash. Same way this junk yard is trash and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 0 star ⭐️ not even deserves one star

The first time Hilo put fork through my side skirt and dented my door left front bumper loose when I went to pick up my car plus turn signal fell out of bumper over all I paid 1600 dollars to do motor swap and after a week car was overheating and then just stoped running so I had It taken back to correct the issues had to pay another 358.00 for fuel pump and they said it wasnt overheating so I go to pick up my car and now its still overheating and wont start when it left from my house no issues just wouldnt start a month and a half later nobmy battery is good but now I have no juice to my ignigition Can jump my car and itll run fine but cant crank it over save yall money go somewhere else

I went to the junkyard and pulled an inside wiring harness that I needed with my wife. When I got to the front Tom gave me a good price for it $50. I have read reviews on here of bad service and employees being rude. With my experience, I was not treated rude. As a matter of fact the minute I walked into their office Tom told me exactly where the Odysseys were and handed me some bug spray. Even though we didnt see any mosquitoes it was really nice. One employee went as far as to giving a me a bottle of water because I was so dehydrated from pulling my part. I would definitely recommend this salvage yard to a friend.

If there is a way for them to take advantage of your unfortunate situation, they will be cut throat and do it. Definitely here to make as much money as possible, not to help a traveler who is having an emergency situation. Run away if you want to be treated fairly when you have few options. And for goodness sake, dont let them see that youre a woman who is stranded with children. That opportunity to take advantage of your demise is too tempting for them to pass up giving you A PENNY on the dollar for your car.

I put my truck in May 12, 2017 and here it is June 15, 2017, 6:30 pm and STILL no truck. I had to rent a car just to get my daughter to and from school....Tom and his son kept telling us dates it would be ready and guess what? No truck....just excuses....The job was installing an engine in a pick-up...IF I get my truck soon. I will rate them on the finished product BUT I need my truck to do that....I will be calling a tow service to get my truck....I really dont have a drop of faith in them right now.
