This was my first time here, I dont live in FL but this spa was recommended to me by a friend. I hosted a group of 4 people there (including myself) for a pedicure. When I made the reservation I asked if I could bring a bottle of champagne for the group, the women was hesitant on the phone but said yes. I will say that our group was 30 min late for our services and they did a great job of accommodating us and I did not feel like our services were rushed. When I arrived however I was shocked at the atmosphere. No music playing, no pedicure chairs (with whirlpool tubs), everything was all kinda in one room. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. Only to find out later the hotel and spa were going through a renovation and the spa was temporarily set up in a hotel room. When we arrived I asked them again about the bottle of champagne ( by this time I had asked when I first booked and when they called to confirm the appt with me). Again one women was very hesitant and I said that I already asked twice about it. So at that point I felt like they should have known I was coming and there should not have been any hesitation. When the nail techs came out they seemed like they knew they were doing pedicures but not sure which ones. Where is the communication? Of course, when our group had empty glasses I had to ask them to refill them or I know it never would have happened. Overall, I felt like the staff could have been a lot more hospitable. I felt like there should have been a small discount off of the service due to renovations (after all I dont mind paying the money but part of it is the experience and I know we did not get that being in hotel room).

The massage therapist were GREAT! Unfortuently, we were only able to enjoy 20 of the 50 minutes. We had a previous activity that was an hour behind and had to bump back our appointment, which they accommodated, but we were still 25 minutes late because our previous activity misplaced our belongings. I would go back again because the massage was great. Dont have many amenities in spa area, but worth going for massage.

Great customer Service, high standard. Always feel as a VIP, they also have cookies and tea complimentary. They staff is amazing and it steel so great and is no neat . W Fort Lauderdale best place to be

My girlfriend and I spent the day here. The couples massage was amazing. We also had a facial and body scrub. It came with a complimentary poolside bed. I have to say everything was awesome.
