With the exception of a few weight training machines, this gym pretty much has everything a huge corporate gym (LA Fitness, Golds, etc) has, but without all the muscleheads. Plenty of cardio equipment and free weights. Balance training and other classes that other gyms dont have. They have actual physical therapists on staff. Very clean. Wish they stayed open later than 3pm on Sundays, however, and it would be great if there were trainers on hand at all hours to bounce questions off of. Individual showers are a plus.
