I believe the idea behind Trinity is great, however, I was very disappointed in the attitude of one member on staff there. The staff member, Susie, was very sarcastic and just downright rude to me in front of other customers when I came in to discuss a bill that had been sent to my husband who had canceled his account months before. She spoke down to me and then just walked away while I was trying to get the information I needed to fix the problem. She was completely unhelpful and most definitely did not represent Christ during our encounter. If Trinity wants their business to be successful, they should probably start by getting rid of staff like Susie and instead begin hiring people who will represent the Christian lifestyle that is part of their mission statement. Needless to say, due to this encounter, I will sadly never recommend this business to anyone.

The gym itself is okay but the services with these people are a complete SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also had a discussion with the susie demon lol and yeah she is one nasty b@@ch shes GREAT to get you in the door but let you talk to her about an issue with billing oh no her so called christianity will fly out that door unless you keep it preppy with her but i dealt with these people a year ago on a FREE i had to fill out a paper and still give direct deposit information i attended maybe twice in a week in my 2 month free trial and let them know i didnt want it i was told okay my information would be destroyed thanks for trying trinity fitness. Now a year later i have a 400$ bill from trinity fitness on my credit report and i have been going through hell and high water to get it removed smh this company sucks and they dont hold up to their CHRISTIAN values

Susie is awesome. She has helped me so much in the few months Ive been going to Trinity. Today, instead of getting upset with me for having to stop a couple times because I wasnt feeling well, she just took my hand and prayed with me. I have had wonderful experiences with every staff member. They are all great, kind, beautiful people. I love Trinity. I drive almost 30 minutes and pass several other gyms to go there because its so wonderful.

Excellent customers service & Senior Discounts, for my husband & me to feel comfortable signing-up together on day one! Very clean club with lockers, & privacy where its needed. Nice pool/spa area! Tour was thorough & we were given Class Schedule for the month of August. There are certain additional Classes I expected but didnt see... Ill wait till Sept to see if they pop-up on the Schedule before I mention it! ♡☆☆☆☆

So far things have been great. The staff are so friendly and nice and non judgemental. Susie was one of the first staff members we talked to and a big reason why we joined. Im not sure of why the other poster had such a bad encounter, it totally does not match up with what my husband and I experienced at all. Just because you dont get your way about something is not a reason to say someone is unchristian like.

Terrible gym. The only constant 24/7 things in this gym are the broke pool, broke treadmills, and rude staff. The pool has been broke for over a month the pool, hot tub, and hydro pool are constantly broke. Look at other options before getting sucked in here.
