My girlfriend and I purchased the black card package with tanning. They have a ridiculous rule that tanning sessions have to be 20 min apart per bed, even if the person before only used it for 5 min...you have to wait 15 more to get it. Heres the issue with this rule. We come after work to workout and we immediately sign up on the tanning list for the next open bed or booth. We then go workout for 45 min to 1 hour and we still have to wait an additional hour to tan, we dont want to spend 2 hours at the gym after work. Most of the time the booths are empty. I understand they are not running a tanning salon, but it would be nice if they just made the rule that nobody can tan unless they have been signed in for 30-45 minutes. Also when a bed is open they should clean it and get the next person in especially when its busiest after work.

This gym is large in size but lacking in a few simple things nearly every other planet fitness Ive been to has. The cable machines are cluttered and the stand they use to store unused pieces is always a mess. Like many other PFs there are stalls in front of the showers to change in. The ones here dont have anything for you to hang your clothes on and theyre missing the mirror and shelf. That can also be said for the tanning rooms. Most only have a chair. No mirror nor a shelf to set you things on. The tanning beds do not stay closed! I hate having to hold the door down while Im laying in it but if i dont, it floats open. Ive brought this up a few times but it seems very poorly managed. I suppose I expected more from a gym name that has expanded across our entire country. Theyre not even 24/7.

Its good for cardio and light workouts. the staff at this location takes care of complaints promptly. For instance in the 30 minute room, if you complain that someone is interrupting your work out by using the machines incorrectly they take care of it immediately.my biggest issue is their customer service and their website. you cannot get ahold of anybody in their corporate office they tell you to go directly to the club you signed up with. Thats fine, but what do you do when the club doesnt resolve your complaint? their website is ridiculously hard to navigate. You have to literally enter your information every time you change pages. and its just not with a user name you have to find your state, find your location, and then enter your membership number. so freaking annoying.

Ill never come to this club location ever again. Ive been here multiple times and each time Ive been there, Ive dealt with nothing but problems. The staff seems friendly at first but it seems like they honestly dont care about you, ESPECIALLY THE TRAINER. The trainer is just there to look pretty, she doesnt do anything that will benefit you. Avoid getting help from a trainer, shell refer you to Google like she did me. It also seems to be that the manager is almost never there, and the assistant manager answers the majority of the calls. The staff, again, is horrible and unbearable to work with. Ill never come to this club again. Ive contemplated cancelling my membership because of how many problems Ive had.

I have been going to this gym for 3+ years since it opened. I dont like the fact that people are holding 2 machines down and the benches... and staff is doing nothing about it. People are ignorant with staying on their phone for 5-10minutes while sitting at a machine not using it. The odor smell has gotten bad aswell. The tanning is crammed booked and people are filling out their names and not showing up to tan. This gym needs more structure and later hours on the weekend.

You cant really hate on it, I use to hate this place until I badly dislocated my elbow. Now I am doing rehab work and im seeing better tone then ever in the time ive been going. I actually realize what stuff they have and what you can do with it, just by cutting rep weight and slowing down reps Plus bring somone free? No freakin brainer haha.. would be awesome if it was 24/7 though.

Contrary to my review of the Plante Fitness in Rocky River... this place is clean, large, good customer service, nice beds to tan in, and is the best of the PF I have visited... OH... AND ACTUALLY 24 hours... wish it was as close as the Rocky River.. but Id rather cut my arm off then go to that location just 3 minutes from my house, over this location.

Im a big fan of this facility, and Ive been going for over a year. The staff is always friendly, and accommodating. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles that the bigger, more expensive gyms have, but for the value of the memberships, it has more than I need to have a good work out.

The place is fine for my needs - simple weights and atmosphere that allows me to focus. The only thing I am surprised they dont have is wifi. Very basic, but it adds so much value for the customer. Besides the fact that they lack that specific amenity, they are a 5 star facility.

just found out ---no jump ropes allowed ?....are you freaking kidding me ? what a joke ..I am going to get in touch with corporate headquarters and see what can be done about that !.....one of the best warm up exercise out there and no jump ropes allowed, gee, ridiculous !!!!

Manager of this place is not working at all massaging bed never work ,so many things is broken( massage chears,hungers in tanings rooms). But stuff is nice and professional, Brendon is one that help people a lot only for his attention I give this place tree stars
