This is, by far, the worst haircut I have ever had. She did nothing that I asked. cut far too much off of the back, and seemed bound and determined that it was going to be cut the way she wanted. She was very personable, etc, but her cutting skills were totally lacking, to the point that I had to say "stop - put down the scissors" as she started to "thin out" the crown of my head where I am all ready having balding problems. It is so many lengths that I can do nothing with it and the back is so short that I cant even get a curling iron in it.(Not good since I requested that the back be long enough to still pull into a large clip). I ill have to wait months for it to grow enough to be corrected by some other beautician, and that still wont correct the length in the back...that will take at least a year!

I went in to get a wash and style. The wash was fine. The stylist blew dried my hair and I asked for a straight style with some curls to the ends. She barely used the straightener. The curls were done with her straightener. I then aske for a comb back at the crown... she brushed back two small pieces.... i could see through the "height". I told her never mind. Now i did not consider this a blow out as she didnt use a round brush. I drove to work (10 minutes away with traffic) By the time I got there my hair looked like i washed and blew dried it at home!!!!! Fell flat and straight. For $25 I should have gotten what I asked for.

Yesterday I walked in for a balayage (which is a very long process) Amber took me right away and was even excited for her new project. It turned out better than I even imagined! She didnt try to rush anything and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I didnt feel pressured to buy any products but she did talk about what would help my hair. I wish I could give more stars, such a relief to find a good salon.

Nancy did my husbands hair and it was great!!! We love it. However a guy did my sons hairdid and it turned out awful. Its crooked and uneven and it was such a stressful time that he even cried. He usually loves getting his hair cut, I hope this experience doesnt change that. I wish I remembered his name but I dont. He was the only guy there at the time.

I came straight home to see if I could my hair look better. No luck. The stylist told me when I left that I had 7 days to return if I didnt like it. It is so chopped upand the bangs are so short that I dont know what to do. The first bad experience that I have ever had with your company.

The employees here are very genuine and kind. I came here after months of not cutting my hair and multiple failed hair dying jobs, and they repaired my hair amazingly, but the hair cut itself was not the best. My ends look like theyve just been unevenly chopped with a knife.
