Ive been a few times because you need to go more than once to give a true rating. I was floored by the low prices so I tipped the first couple times,however I have not yet received the original service Ive asked for nor the one I asked for today so I did not tip the last time and was not going to because Im not getting what I asked for and my hair is now starting to break however Carmen chose to over charge me this time for the same thing shes done for weeks for less I wont be back
