This was a horrible experience. I had shoulder length hair. I asked Kayla to trim the ends on the sides and make it even all around. She cut the sides below chin length and some pieces are on my cheek. After she finished, she said she could not believe how long my hair WAS. I told her I wanted to GROW IT OUT. I also told her the last time I had it cut, she cut it to my chin and I have spent 4 months growing it out. She finished and said now I can grow it out. What? This was my first visit. I could not find the picture I had on my phone, but she rushed me and said just tell me. I she let me show the picture, she would see I wanted it shoulder length. The picture had a description she could have read. Dont go here for a trim. Dont go if you want your cut your way. I am so upset. The haircut is not what I wanted. I do not look like me. It is nothing like I wanted. I called to express my disappointment, but I did not get any response. Worst salon experience. I creid. My friends told me I dont look like me and they made me cry again.

This plave is great. I had Sarea. She is one of the BEST I HAVE EVRR HAD WORK ON MY HAIR. She is sweet, her scalp massages are crazy GREAT. such a knowledgeable yoing lady Everyone there was just a joy to be around. 5 stars all the way. I will be back for that facial. Prices are great too!!!

Fabulous color and haircut by Sarai. I am a snow bird and wanted an Aveda salon so I tried Bellisimo. What a great choice. During my color, Brittany gave me a complimentary hand massage and it was wonderful. Everyone in the salon made me feel like a regular client and very welcome!

The salon stylists are friendly and make sure they make you look your best. Guys who want a great looking cut should choose Bellisimo. Ive been going to this salon for 3 years. When I travel for lengths of time Ill hold off on getting a cut until I can get back to Bellisimo.

I am so glad to have found Bellissimo! Lauren is amazing -- and it is by far the friendliest most comfortable salon Ive ever been to. Its kind of like the "Cheers" of salons -- everyone knows your name -- even after only one visit! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Only top-notch staff works at Bellissimo and they are constantly educating themselves on the newest techniques. This salon has been an established name in the Ft. Myers community forever and I wouldnt go anywhere else now that Ive found them.

I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by the gorgeous Lo and she did amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and then explained her plan of attack. For the first time in my life I actually love my short hair!

Bellisimo the best hair salon in town!!!. I drive 30 minutes to get to them but it is so worth it. They listen and understand what I like and always give me what I want.
