I had an inspection on July 14th. I gave the okay based on the estimate to fix my flatroof that same evening. Despite numerous calls and emails no one responded to give me a time frame on when it would be completed. A month later I finally got through to them and was told they would be there on August 31. Then it was postponed everyday and the most recent date I was told was September 5th. But no one came and no call to postpone. Then I was stuck in hurricane Irma with my already leaking flatroof. I was lucky the whole thing did not rip off. I have tried to contact them many times this past week but no one seems to be working there. I would like my roof fixed before the next hurricane. Save yourself some trouble, and find a different company that cares about their customers. Kelly roofing will let you down everytime

Do not use this company. The company sales team will tell you any lie they believe will get you to sign a contract. Then the work crew will do whatever they think is the easiest and fastest way to "complete" the job. Quality of workmanship doesnt matter to them. When you question them about what is going on, all of a sudden, their comprehension of English becomes very poor. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

The Kelly Roofing team is amazing! They stopped a leak that two other companies couldnt find. They were also less expensive than the others. I should have had them come out first. I highly recommend Kelly Roofing to anyone. Heres a tip. Ask for their free inspection and show it to your insurance company so they dont drop you.
