We had an emergency roof leak and needed to call a roofer. Having called other roofing companies prior and having bad experiences. Large quotes rude estimators etc... I was not looking forward to having to get my roof leak fixed. To my surprise when I called Campbell they scheduled an estimator to come out the following day. He showed up early even said he could wait until our scheduled time as my husband was on his way home. He was very polite and professional. And came back with a very reasonable estimate by the following morning. We hired them, and as it was an emergency they sent someone out the following day. Again the contractors showed up on time, were very polite, professional, and worked diligently to get the job done. They finished in the time they said they would and even went above and beyond the scope of work to make sure our roof leak and all damage was corrected. They did an excellent job leaving the roof in better condition than before it was damaged. It turns out we have a two story house and our drain from the second story was aimed at our roof instead of towards the drainage. So not only did they fix the damage this design had caused they added a new drain and fixed the design flaw which most likely caused our roof leak to begin with. I would highly recommend Campbell roofing if you are looking to a roofing company. I was extremely pleased with their service!!

This is the first negative review and unfortunately on the most expensive renovation project-metal roof and replacement of skylights. From the day the old shingles were stripped it took two month to complete the roof. Wrong (bubble) skylights were installed and then replaced with glass type per my contract. The flashing of the skylights was installed over V grooves of the roof so there is at least ½” gap for the bugs to hide and it looks awful. The metal pans do not have stiffened ridges as was on my sample from the supplier and every sheet is installed with waves. I was charged for 13 replacement sheets of plywood (1/4 of my roof) without letting me know before they were supposedly replaced. This added $1,300 to the balance. The only reason I did not give 1 point is that the sales rep was very responsive and gave me detailed estimate. I regret going with Cambell Roofing. I should have chosen another contractor. Metal roof lasts a long time. That means many years of feeling disappointed every time I will look at it.

We signed an agreement on 5/15/2015 with a Sales rep. J.W of Campbell Roofing of Cape Coral for a small shingle roof replacement for about $4,500, handed the NOC the same day. The job was suppose to be completed in one month, as its written on the agreement. A month later, no calls or emails from Campbell, I had to call few times to schedule. Finally they scheduled it for June 24th, on that day no show up, so I called again, scheduled for the second time for June 27, but no one shows up either. No calls, emails or apologies, nothing, No one answers my emails either. Few days later on 7/1/15 of course we want to cancel the job, they sent me an invoice for $217 for canceling it, they said $204 is for the permit (actually it is $93 thru Fort Myers City). Overall this company had pretty much the worst quality customer service I ever experienced. I wish we signed with another roof company, wouldve save my time and my roof.

Had several companies come quote flat roof project but Campbell was the only one who took the time to go the extra mile to be certain the right product was used. My salesman, Paul, went so far as to have the manufacturers rep come see the jobsite to be certain it would get a full manufacturer warranty once applied. None of the other companies even bothered to follow up after the initial quote and some even outright misrepresented the same products warranty! Campbell Roofing was on time and very thorough with the work and went beyond what was originally quoted, at no additional charge, to insure the roof was done right given the extreme conditions it would be subject to on Sanibel Island. Everything looks great and I feel confident Ill get many more years from my aging roof as a result of their work. I HIGHLY recommend Campbell Roofing for any project and feel MY best interests were in their mind from the start.

I had my roof heavilly damaged when a mini-tornado hit my home. I had several companies come out to my home to give me quotes and tell me the options for repairing my roof. I was amazed at the variety and cost estimates of roofing styles available. Campbell Roofing had just what I was looking for. Their sales manager, Jay Williams, was friendly and explained the options and new styles that fulfilled the new code regulations. The installation was supervised by Mike who saw that everything was professionally done with the highest standards. They improved the quality of my roof - adding better ventilation, more sound proofing, and a lifetime warranty. I am very pleased. Peggy and the office staff were always available to answer questions and make the process a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Campbell Roofing and their products and services.

Campbell roofing installed a new metal roof on our home about a month before our neighborhood took a direct hit from an EF2 tornado. Without exception my surrounding neighbors all suffered roof damage (some resulting in catastrophic water intrusion into their homes) ...but our Campbell metal roof was unfazed by the event. We did suffer one "dent" in a ridge cap from flying debris. This was noted by Campbell themselves when they came out afterwards and performed a free roof inspection. They even replaced our dented piece for free later when they cleared their backlog of emergency roof repair work needed by others in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend Campbell, not only for their craftsmanship but also for their companys ethics and customer service.
