We have had a very poor experience with this company. We were told that we needed a roof replacement over a previous one that had been installed over our mobile home by this company years ago. Right about now we are beginning to think that it wasneeded because our leaks have gotten worse instead of better. Come to find out that one of the leaks were caused by the drying out of the caulking between the house and the edge of the roof......a job that is not redone at the time the replacement is installed and a second leak because the men doing the job removed the roof without taking into consideration that changes had been made to the roof which caused a fresh leak in our freshly painted bathroom. The roof between our house and carport is also leaking causing our wall paneling to start to rot and separate. When shown the damage, their serviceman told us that it also was not their responsibility because we didnt have the carport roof done, too, and his unnecessary added statement was that paneling in these older mobile homes usually do that and it probably would have had to be replaced anyway. He told us that we should hire ourselves a handyman? So...be cautious when hiring this company. Make sure just what is included, in writing, when having a roof replaced. "Lifetime Guarantee" doesnt keep you protected. When the men come in and rip off your old roof disturbing the preexisting caulking between the house and the roof or the new roof installation is not tied into your carport roof properly, they are not responsibile! Beware, have a handyman standing by to take care of the cracks and where the roofs are joined. Better yet, hire the handyman first so he can check your caulking. You might not have to have your roof replaced!

I gave them my deposit in January and In April the roof was still not done. I received bills to pay but the work was not done, I was told it was done but I looked and I could see it was not finished. So I complained and they came out and did part of what still needed to be done. I complained again and a rude man came out, he was very angry and intimidating. He taped some of the seams that were supposed to be taped. He said it was a mistake for me to expect the work to be done although it was in writing in my contract. Then about a week later I am in my bathroom and rain comes in the vent. I complain and I am told that is the vent they always use and that is that. Luckily I had not paid them in full yet so I insisted. They put a new vent in. Now it leaks around the vent and my ceiling is getting discolored. I have let them know and I hope they fix it before my ceiling gets worse. I am updating this on 8-20-2014 because they came and caulked the vent but there is still a leak. I have had to do a chargeback on my credit card because water still comes in and my bathroom ceiling is still stained. My salesman no longer responds to my requests so I am getting a quote from another company as my credit card company suggests.

I had a great experience with AMS when they installed my new roof. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The salesperson explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I love the fact that the roof has a lifetime warranty so I dont have to worry about it again. I dont normally write reviews for companies but I was very satisfied with AMS and would highly recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about the this Company. They have returned calls and emails very promptly and are very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Did a final measurement and he was a delight to work with. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly and even gave some very good suggestions about the windows. The windows will be installed soon and I can hardly wait!

Horrible communication. After the sale, I could not get the salesman to return my phone calls. Work was finally completed over one month after they promised (in writing). I understand that they had problems getting the permits, but did not communicate that to me until I contacted the General Manager. Workmanship was very good, but my overall experience with the company was poor.
