Last fall my wife and I decided that it was time for a new roof after having minor leaks the previous two years. Our choice was between three local companies. All three companies currently are well known in Fort Myers, have a BBB rating of A+ and have been in business for at least 25 years. After a thorough decision making process our choice was AD-LER Roofing. Number of years in the roofing business - To me, this determines if the company has financially demonstrated that it is sound enough to withstand state/national economic fluctuations. AD-LER has been in the roofing business for 29 years. Historic reputation of the company - AD-LER has an excellent reputation of roofing construction from Orlando to Marco Island, Florida during their 29 years in business. My personal experience interfacing with AD-LER, from working with the company representative discussing what the total roofing construction process would consist of, to working with the competent/ professional staff and project supervisor, my high expectations were always met. I also corresponded with previous customers of AD-LER who spoke positively of their roofing outcome. The contract process - Ryan Gartrell was my original contact person with AD-LER. Ryan listened to our roofing wants and needs and then explained our different options with AD-LER. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his answers and very patient with our questions. My wife and I felt much more informed about the process after talking with Ryan and it made us feel more comfortable with our choice. Additionally, AD-LERs cost was very competitive. Construction process - I found that every phase of the roofing process, from taking my old roof tile off to the new finished roof, was done very professionally, as I was told by Ryan that it would be. From the project supervisor to each individual crew member that was involved, all seemed like their team goal was to provide my wife and I with the best roof possible. Extra care was also taken to protect my house, driveway, and property during the construction process. Post roofing completion follow-up - Any post-roofing completion issues were promptly and professionally dealt with by the AD-LER team. Recommendation - Based on all aspects of roofing experience, if I were able to go back nine months to last fall and start the decision making process all over again, AD-LER would again be my choice hands down.

I called the owner to find out what going on and why its taking so long, he didnt explain anything, doesnt even seem to know what his employees are doing, was nothing but rude and hung up on me. I called back and he immediately sent the call to voicemail. This is completely unprofessional customer service behavior and if this is how he treats his clients im honestly surprised he has any business at all. I do not recommend.

If I may say anyone looking for a roofing company, DO NOT call this company. They took the shingles off our roof & it took them over a week to come back. They finally came back today worked for a little over an hour then all they guys were gone to go get 1 item. Why didnt 1 person go get what they needed & the rest stay? My only suggestion is to NOT hire this company if you NEED your roof fixed.

2015 had them repair our roof.. had them out several times bf they got it right. Was told they dont typically do repairs on my type of roof and that their salesman shouldnt have bid on the job. Now its leaking again... and the insurance company took a look and said they did more damage than good and bc our leak is due to their poor workmanship our claim will unlikely be paid...

They did and excellent job. One call got my leaky roof patched and then repaired two weeks later. Very reasonable on price.
