I recently move to the area so was looking for a nice saloon the place looks great and high end so I decided to try it staff extremely friendly and attent my manicure and pedicure turned out ok but not my haircut the lady was kinda multitasking between me and finishing someone else then while doing the sides on my hair she forgot that the clip of the razor fall off and cut my hair with out it she started to apologizing I went thats ok no big deal is just the sides just keep going like that I asked for a part like to be marked and only trimmed the top and she did but not correctly usually any place I had been fixes my beard or ask if I want to get it fix or not nothing was offered I paid and tipped like everything was good I repeat the staff is very friendly but they should have more pride on the work they do I paid to the front desk so he also saw my hair cut but didnt even asked how was my experience. I am a really easy going guy I had never give a hard time to any staff members of any services provider and never will so I just end up going to another place to get my beard done and they also fixed the part line because it wasnt marked properly.just sharing my experience if Vital management read this I hope they take it as a constructive review and work on improve

My experience today was horrible. My pedicure turned out ok. But my eyebrows horrible. I specifically asked for just a clean up i specifically said i just finished growing my eyebrows out from being too thin. She waxed them into lines removed all the hair I grew back in......... and when I said this was thinner then I was expecting she said my eyebrows didnt match so she had to take off so the would match. Everyone knows your eyebrows are a little different in each side. Im so disappointed. I went to the salon for a pick me up and left feeling awful. What a mistake. I will not be going back to that nail tech again.
