So I had an appointment for this coming Saturday, and called yesterday to see if I could move that appointment & possibly come in Tues or Thurs. 1st-that conversation took apprx 10min seeing that NO ONE spoke English and they just continued to pass the phone to someone who spoke even less English that the last. They eventually passed the phone to a bilingual patron who translated for us all. They advised that I could come in that day (Tuesday) at 3pm for my rescheduled "Sugar Wax" appointment. I arrive a few minutes before only to be told "Oh we ran out of Sugar". Are you serious???????? I was so excited that this place was near my house, claims to be a holistic spa and offers services I have been looking for. Only to have this experience....Not well run at all, this was so unprofessional.

Had a great first experience at Azul. The receptionist was fantastic, Helen did my body scrub and massage I wasnt completely sure what to expect as it was my first body scrub. I had a feeling, from the firmness of her handshake, that it wasnt her first scrub down. She was wonderful. Not only did he give me the best massage as well (definitely makes you want to come back) she gave me quite a bit of extra time in my neck. The decor was lovely; a peaceful mix of Miami and Bali. I would not only recommend Azul, I plan to return and try something else. Its conveniently located and there was parking for $3 cross street.

Im disappointed. The quality of manicure is very low as polish has gone in two days. The master didnt speak English at all, so I had to explain her what I need using English - Spanish translator. At the end I paid $49 + tips, everything in cash, as they dont accept any cards. Nevertheless the Beaty Solon looks very pretty and stylish. I saw they have a lot of other specialists, which probably are very professional and friendly.

I visited Azul Salon today and had a manicure-pedicure done by Iris! I totally loved the environment and vibes of the spa. Iris is very professional and warm spirited, had my nails done in just half an hour and for me time is veeery important. I totally recommend this place!

I got married in Miami Beach this March and Liz and her mom did the nails, hair, and makeup of myself and my wedding party. They did a wonderful job and we were all very happy with their services. I would definitely recommend them!

This place is great. So glad to have a salon within walking distance that I can pop into for a mani/pedi ($35 during the week, which is a steal), eyebrow threading, a blowout, a facial, or a massage. Going to be back often.
