I purchased a gift certificate for a close friend of mine and was very excited that she would have a chance to be pampered at an upstanding salon but when she went to redeem her gift, she was told that her gift certificate was not valid and that they actually remembered the individual who purchased the gift and that she (me) left without paying once she was handed the card. My friend called me extremely upset and said they she was made to feel as if I tried to cheat the salon and that since she was the one redeeming the card, that she was too was somehow a part of the "fraud". I felt so terribly and called the salon to find out that my credit card was never processed and that they indeed thought I "ran out" without paying. I do not believe that they handled the situation tactfully and that it was inexcusable to make a customer feel unwelcome. I will never do business with this salon again and will certainly tell others of their offensive customer service.

My experience started once I walked through the door, I was greeted promptly and offered a beverage. I had my color done and a haircut, let me tell you it was the best hair styling I have ever had! The haircut I got was so different than what I ever had, usually at other salons they would just chop my hair off and I would be miserable afterwards. This time when I had cut it, I still had the length I wanted with out all the extra bulk of extra hair that was not necessary. I will certainly recommend all my friends and co-workers!

I have finally found a place where they actually know how to be stylists. Theyre very good in styling, haircuts men and women, coloring, relaxing your hair, you name it. Plus the enviroment is great and every one is very nice and proffessional. I am very happy with my new transformation. : ) : ) : ) Thanks to them I look and feel beautifull.

If you want to pay for more services than you need and end up with fried hair.... go to Ferretti. They are all about taking the max. amount of $$$ from client whether the process is needed or not. (scare tactics) Stylists are older and not up to date with modern techniques. They do nothing to make their mistakes right.

So... What can I say.. Marco has been my haidresser for 20 years? Since Rossano ferretti opened in the gables.. A true professional and friend.. And everyone at salon as well.. Elsita coloring my hair for years... I have referred them to so many friends since college times and keep recommending to anyone. :)
