My first time here and the cashiers and food dispatcher behave horribly, when I ask for my lemonade she answers in a deep bad mood "wait" , looking at me as a mad police officer. Then when she is back she yells at me from the other side of the pick up bar "here is your lemonade" , and put it next to other people waiting. Embarrassing moment, the people notice the awkward moment and when I intent to walk to that side they pass the lemonade to me. The young lady is about 28 year old, 5 4", skinny and white complexion. Next time I will call the manager. The cashiers call "next" and when I said I want a few pieces of bread she does not move to that section, "what bread"? she ask, another chic over there ask "please, tell me" . when done the first chic wants to close the ticket even when it is closed already by the 2nd chic.

The Facebook page is stupid, the Tweeter is not even Funny, The Snapchat is full of inappropriate material, the Instagram account was how to bake bread, and to finish this off the website is supported by Mars corporate. Im a strong Believer in my Sun and Moon. But this is disrespectful how they use the internet to make themselves look bad. I called and talked with the manager, I had the feeling he was part of the special classes growing up, by the way learn how to speak over the telephone, because Im not your bro, Im not your homie, and damn sure Im not your papi, . The education level in this place is special Ed accelerated classes, that are still learning their basic fundamentals.

One too many issues there... 1st time: I went through the drive though at 9:30am, asked for a "premade" Parfait and an oatmeal. There was noone in line in front of me. I was asked to pull up front and they will bring it out to me, Then I see about 3 more cars go through the drive thru, Then nothing, about 15 minutes later they brought ny food to me- Parfait was sitting out so now it was watered down and oatmeal was cold Today, I went through the drive through, only person in the drive thru, asked for a Mac and cheese, I was there for about 5 minutes I get to work and Mac and cheese is cold--- refrigerator cold. This place clearly needs new management-

Not the first time Ive eaten at this location, but it was the first time Ive had a sandwich ,that wasnt up to ,what I consider Panerai standard, the presentation was terrible, there was more lettuce than turkey and the bacon looked like it was from that afternoon meal period. The young lady at the counter tried to be accommodating , but the supervisor or young lady in preparation area ,was not. Not that I will stop eating at Panera, but this location I will not patronize. ..... Im in cuter service for a very high end store ,and this is not the way we wouldve handled it.... Still loving Panera!!!! Just a little disappointed today.

No matter how many times Ive been to Panera, it never gets old! Everything we have tried there is delicious. When you want fast food, but really want a healthy alternative, this is the place for you! Their rapid pickup makes them so much better. You can order online, go in where your food is waiting for you, and sit down to enjoy...no wait! Ive even had something wrong with my order once and they happily fixed it, no questions asked! The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly. I really cant say enough about this place, its wonderful!

This is a fairly clean place with a great environmental philosophy. They seem to recycle a lot and dont appear to waste food. The staff is friendly and the food is usually OK. No qualms about it, but I find myself no where nearly as satisfy as with a big juicy steak, medium rare. But Panera makes up for it with all their tastety pastries. Forget the WiFi as its not reliable. Come for a quick bite & bring your own data plan.

Interessantes Restaurantkonzept. Es gibt leichte Kost mit leckerem, frischen Brot (kein labberiges Toastbrot, sondern nach Wunsch Schwarzbrot, franz. Baguette, etc.)

The panera on 152 and us1 is much better and cleaner.. found a gump of hair on my cucumber (gross). They refunded the $8.00, but still. (Yuck)..Customer service skills could take a couple pointers from the other store... i asked hostess to make my bagel a lil more toasted and she replied"how black do u want it"...

For anyone "driving through" this location at night make sure to check your food before you leave. They seem to give half empty containers in order to make it through the night. Very unsatisfied with portions. I called and all I got was a rushed "wont happen again" from the managers line.

I love the different options Panera offers, specially the Rapid Pick-up. I wished they could bring it to my car if it was raining. Their food is healthy and delicious. I recommend Panera to anyone who cares about their eating habits. Good job Panera of Homestead

I like Panera since 2010, but I think they are too expensive. I pay for lunch, 2 people, 28$ for this I can go to an olive gardens, Longhorn Steakhouse. The store was OK but need a renovation. The BBQ chicken Flatbread ist really tasty.

If you come to the drive through expect to wait well over 20 minutes to order and get your food. If you come in the morning they will burn your order and then simply reply "weve ran out of ______ item sorry" Possibly the worst location.

Never had a bad moment - always fast and gets the order correct the first time. I love the bakery and the employees are truly kind. My favorite fast food restaurant of all time by far, and conveniently placed near my home.

Slow drive-thru. Typically have to drive up front and wait for order after ordering it in the drive-thru. Slow service in general, even if you go inside. Food is solid though and order is typically correct.

Night crew was cursing. Nobody was at the register. Toasted my lettuce which burned it. Didnt put my avocado on my sandwich. Bothered not to tell me they ran out. Who the hell toast lettuce????

Overall its been nice to have a local panera, but flies all over all of the baked goods is pretty gross since nothing is covered. They just need fans above the doors as you walk in. Easy fix

Fantastic sandwiches, interesting eat in situation with fast food but actual plates and silverware. The sandwiches are getting smaller though. Their pastries are really good too.

This is placed wrong in the google map. Its actually located in the shopping center on Campbell near the turnpike. Look for the Red Lobster and Sonic and you will find Panera.

Foods good, but their drive through took 20 minutes without any car moving. I was forced to give up and get sonics instead. Recommended for anyone who has an hour long break.
