Cocktails were scheduled for 5:30PM. Culinary Capers arrived at 6:15PM. No Mixers. No Soda. No juice. Dinner was scheduled for 6:00PM. There was one person serving dinner. He carried one or two plates at a time. Interviewed attendees regarding their order, chicken of shrimp. It took over an hour to serve the 70 attendees. Service was random. One entree at one table two at another. Serving a table of eight took 30 minutes between first and last entree served. Entrees served first were cold but the time all at the table was fully served. Our table was served entrees at 8:15PM, but only after three trips to the kitchen to complain. Wait staff was argumentative. Food Rating: steam table quality, rice was too salty, portions were minuscule, i.e. 3 ounces of chicken or three medium shrimp. The organizers agreed, "Culinary Capers? Never again!"

Todays Indian River Chamber of Commerce Breakfast was even more of a success today because of the presentation and quality of work by Catering Revolution. The experience began with an Apricot Cream Cheese that I used on the Mini-Pancakes while others enjoyed the Cilantro Cream Cheese on Mini- Bagels. The Breakfast Casserole was like a souffle, I enjoyed the sliced ham and a mild sausage patty followed with fruit including beautiful blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and melon wedges. The orange juice was light but sweet and there was plenty of water. Thank you for the superb clearing service at our tables as well. What a terrific way to start the business day.

Great service and reasonable price. Professional waiters and waitresses made sure all the guests had plenty of food. We had a buffet style service and everything was hot and fresh. They even held back a plate of appetizers while I was off taking photos so I could try a bit of everything. I was very happy with the quality and amount of the food and the excellent service this company offered.
