Best fast food experience I ever had. On my daughters birthday, we stopped by here on our way to the skating rink. She mentioned it was her birthday and they credited the milkshake we ordered free of charge. We were so impressed with the friendly service we received. Unfortunately, as we were leaving my daughter dropped her milkshake on the ground. They quickly made her a new one and mopped up our mess assuring us it was no problem at all. I want to kick myself for not remembering the managers name. I even called back to ask him for it but it slips my mind. Its something like Rolando or Romerio. Anyways, that guy is fantastic and Id write him a reference if he ever needed one. Thanks for the great experience!

Fast food defines the US and clearly on the top of the food chain (no pun intended) there is Chick fil À. Everything seems, no IS , fresh, well cooked and has a great taste. From the sandwich to the dessert (Try the parfait, you will love it!) it is all amazing! The cherry is the staff. Very polite and always here to help you out! Only side effects may be the discard of other fast food franchise due to the tastings of this restaurant! (From a hard to impress French guy)

I had a great lunch time today, I wen all over the drive thru . , they had a manager directing traffic to keep up with the flow, 2 ambassadors taking orders with ipad on the drive, it was fast , quick and nice! place was pack but the manager was staffed properly . it was actually my first time in a chick fil A, love it!!! you feel like you are checking in a fancy hotel in south beach, good customer service

My daughters friend tells me "Ive never heard an adult beg their kids to go to Chick-Fil-A" LOL Theyre all good, but the service here is amazing, no where in the universe what you would expect from a fast food joint. The chicken is delicious - it actually looks & tastes like chicken!! Spicy Chicken combo is my favorite. The criss-cross fries are awesome. And they have Diet Dr Pepper (a rarity).

Fast food? Wow the customer service here is better than at most restaurants! The staff are extremely nice and friendy. The manager Alex is very professional and is constantly on the floor on top of things to make sure everything is running smoothly. I have another chick fil a closer to me but I regularly dine at this location simply because of their great customer service! Great job guys!

Great service and fantastic food! I was blown away how friendly and courteous all the staff was. I will return here again and again.. Chicken sandwich was super juicy! I wish other fast food places and restaurants in general trained their staff like chickfila does! ive been to this location several times and every time has been a great experience!

OMG!! Their chocolate chip cookies are beyond amazing.. I try to stay away from sweet treats as I try sticking to the more healthy approach to eating. But every now and again I like to treat myself. All I can say is they are off the charts... 1 cookie goes along way loaded with chocolate and super fresh... Enjoy... :)

Chicken sandwiches with a great taste. Much more delicious than other fast food places. The only problem is that there always seems to be a long line, although the line tends to move pretty quickly. Employees get the job done fast and the price is good for what youre getting. Their smoothies are pretty nice too.

I was very happy to find a Chick Fil A down here in Miami and was definitely not disappointed. What can I say about waffle fries that has not already been said? LOVE IT! The staff was very attentive, even clearing our tables for us and refilling our drinks. I didnt get that "fast food" rush-rush vibe.

This Chic- Fil -A is out in the NW corner of Doral/Miami. It serves as the Chic-Oasis for its kind. The management is doing a great job. It is clean and the staff is always very helpful. They collaborate with local ministries. I encourage anyone to stop by for a delicious #1!

Wonderful staff. The floor manager, didnt catch her name. Was very helpful and curious. Came over and made sure everything was clean and that we were satisfied, then took our trays you the garbage for us. If your going to gain calories use them here, wont be disappointed.

I mean its Chick-fil-A already you know great quality, great tasting food, wonderful service, courteous staff and so much more. Not to mention the milkshakes are awesome. This Chick-fil-A in particular was very very prompt as usual I highly recommend visiting it.

A+ | Only place I would genuinely give an A+ review but the quality of Chik-Fil-A is far above what a fast food chain should be from the dark green lettuce to the tomatoes, as soon as the meal gets to you promptly it is deliciosa.

Food was fresh and tasted good. They have an employee who brings the food to your table when it is ready. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is well kept and clean. Wi-Fi was a little on the slow side, but it was available and working.

I love their chicken wraps! The lettuces in it is always fresh and just in general their food is always good. Their location has good customer service. Quick to get your food ready and theyve never gotten my order wrong before.

Almost perfect but the last time I came here they messed up my order big time. Literally you have ONE job, take orders and dont mess up. I found out when I got to work ready to eat and thats why I couldnt go back and complain.

Michael the new manager is awesome he makes it a fun experience for my kids eating lunch every time!!! They are great with Community events. .. location is a little hard to get in and out but totally worth the wait!

Always service with a smile and if something is wrong they will fix it no questions asked. My wife and I love this place. It can get busy thought so be ready but there is usually always seating.
