What do you dislike about it? Share a tip.So, my boyfriend decided to take me out to dinner for my birthday. He picked The Cheesecake Factory. I was excited. Been to the one in Ft. Lauerdale and Hallandale - always good. Going to this one??? BIG MISTAKE. The waitress was rude saying things like " We guarantee that we make freh bread here but we dont guarantee that youll get it hot anymore". When I didnt like my food.. I ordered Spicy Cashew Chicken w brown rice. It came drenched in sauce. Like my chicken was literally floating in the sauce and rice. She offered to bring me more rice and it took 20 minutes to bring me the rice. My bf didnt want to eat his food while I was waiting. By the time she got back I told her I didnt want my dish at all. She goes "Well, Ill just pack it up for you" I was like NO. I dont want it at all. She retorted," Well its still gonna be on the bill" She didnt say like, "Im sorry you didnt like it" or "Can I suggest something else for your meal" So I asked for the manager. The manager came and sounded nice but looked like she didnt believe me. She kept moving her head and doing all kinds of movements with her eyes. In the end she removed my item off the bill -- but my BIRTHDAY WAS RUINED. We were going to get cheesecake and have them sing Happy Birthday. :( My first bday with him. My bf didnt trust these people to handle themselves in a professional manner and give us our cheesecake sans spit. Real rough crowd that works here. If you get what Im saying..........

Food as always was great today. The Skinnylicious Shimp Rolls are so flavorful and just the right size. The lunch size Fish and Chips was very good. The third dish today was the Pasta with Shrimp and Sausage. Exceptional, Hot and Spicy for the more robust taste buds. Exceptional! Service on the other hand has gone from mediocre to terrible. We had questionable unattentive servers the last time we visited but, decided one more chance was in order. Our first waiter today could not have moved any slower or have been less interested in service. So it seemed, until.....he was relieved by our second waiter who was horrid. We waited for attention, our food, even for ice for our beverages that had been refilled before our dinner had arrived. We observed our waiter joining up with another waiter a couple of times at another table to converse with guests rather than pass by our table to check if we needed anything else. Finally we ordered desserts and after 7-10minutes of watching more conversing with waiters standing around we cancelled the desserts and requested our check. Not a chance again will we visit this restaurant.

Wirklich lecker, vor allem der Kuchen! Als TBBT- Fan muss man einfach in die Cheesecake Factory und ich bin froh, dass ich dort war. Wie üblich in den USA musste ich kurz auf meinen Tisch warten, was aber gar nicht schlimm war, denn in dieser Zeit habe ich mir schonmal meinen Nachtisch ausgesucht. Am Tisch angekommen wurde mir gleich mein Getränk serviert (inklusive refill), das Essen kam auch zügig und schmeckte wirklich lecker. Mein persönliches Highlight war der Cheesecake - einfach zum reinlegen!

I got taken for a date to this location, I took home the shrimp & chicken gumbo. Next day I tried to eat it for lunch & shrimp tasted funny.. I tried to returned the next day to exchange for another plate.. due to the flooding I couldnt return for a few days because they closed the Sawgrass Mall.. So I showed up today & spoke to the manager about it, he asked for a receipt.. I told him it was a date I didnt have receipt but brought the plate back for proof. He told me he couldnt exchange it or give me a gift card without a receipt even tho.. he opened the food container & saw the whole plate was fully there & belonged to the restaurant. Worst management & policy Ive ever experienced. I will never go back to eat in this restaurant chain & any other managed by them. I only asked to replace the plate with another the same price. Didnt ask for money back or not even a gift card.

“Trop bruyant !” Pause déjeuner à loccasion de notre journée shopping au Sawgrass Mall...quelle erreur ! Établissement bondé, très bruyant et un service brouillon. Installation rapide à une table mais très longue attente pour obtenir nos plats. Je ne parle pas du pain qui narrivera jamais jusquà notre table contrairement à nos voisins...allez savoir pourquoi ! Sandwichs corrects sans plus. Pour une pause déjeuner rapide un conseil : allez plutôt au food court :)

Five stars for excellent service and a verbose selection of cuisine types and options. Some of my favorites include the mac and cheese burger (although the string thin french fries are very mediocre), Evelyns favorite pasta substitute marinara, the grilled chicken avocado club sandwich (best Ive ever had) with a side salad included (phenomenol blue cheese dressing), firecracker salmon rolls appetizer (visually appealing and very delicious), and the cucumber mint lemonade (who wouldve thought?) with free refills for $5. A few serious misses include the orange chicken Asian dinner (the worst Asian dish Ive ever had - very very dry and bland), the pizza (because its always soggy and the pepperoni is of the worst quality), and the fish tacos (mediocre). I havent tried the Brixham menu that runs 10 - 2 on Sunday. Ill report back

Horrible customer service. We were at sawgrass mills shopping for the day & wanted have a evening meal with a small group of friends at the end of shopping at a 8pm. I had gone earlier in the day to make a reservation and was told that there would no problem by the manager. When I arrived with my group I was informed that it would a short wait. That short wait turned into 20 minutes at which time I was informed that the manager had forgotten to take down my reservation I asked to speak with him & was told that he was to busy to see me but they were working on a solution. 30 min. Turned into 60 then to 90 min. By this time its 9:30 pm weve been standing outside for over an 90 min. & are told that after all that they would be unable to sit my group even if the manager took my reservation 5 hours in advance.

Last night 6/30/17 my boyfriend and I decided to have dinner we both ordered the black Jamaican pepper shrimp with chicken which is our flavor we ask for fresh bread our waitress was very rude never ask if we wanted refills brought out the same bread. We ask for a manager he said that the manager had left for tonight no manager was on duty we will come back tommrrow and speak with a manager about the food and poor customer service. He offer us a slice of free cheesecake so we wouldnt speak with his manager which is very inappropriate I will filing a complaint against him the sliver ware was very dirty and the restaurant smell like old garbage. My drink was so flat couldnt drink and the glass was dirty.

Overall the atmosphere was good, but our waiter on the other hand ANTHONY was terrible. First we had to correct him twice on our order, then when our food arrived the rice was hard, I asked if I could speak to the manager, and he said I couldnt because they would tell me the same thing that I couldnt get anything off the bill..he offered more rice and I said ok, after he brought more rice, it was still hard and chewy. I asked again and he said because I ate some of the food the manager could do nothing for me. I felt like he shouldve gotten the manger and not be an a hole about it. 1-10 for customer service. Plus he had 4 tables and kept forgetting what we told him.
