Good evening how you doing guys well this is for everybody loves chick-fil well I have never been disappointed my niece when to this franchise and when to apply I was so happy but I couldnt believe what happened when the water of this company treated my niece with a disrespectful manner I dont know what type of manager or owner this guy is of this company but to become a manager or owner and life you have to be professional and you have to be civilized and respectful the song things you dont say to people when theyre playing for opposition like for instance he asked what was the GPA of my niece 2.0 thats all you should have higher for instance where she lived explaining from where she is where shes from she didnt need a job saying that shes rich and question her and her first interview if he should fire somebody that is not the owner thats not a manager for a company and I will not like to see how he treats his employees and the customers buddy I think you not order yet you are a douchebag and thats how they behave I feel bad for your employees if they have to be working with you and dont worry my niece doesnt need your job and by the way I called corporate on you be a man and speak the truth thats why you are a man and if not just behave and put your skirt up youll be more comfortable on you I hope nobody comes to this place especially to this one I have met and speak to all the managers and Chick-fil-A they dont act like this guy McDonalds owners behave more than this guy so people do not come eat here is better places to eat and feel like a family

the 2 stars are for the food i guess. other than that i dont know what happened to this chick fil a. i think they have new staff but first time the employees at the drive thru arent nice at all, this girl that attended me looked like she hated her job, she didnt even tell me hi and gave me a straight face , it was the first time my parents went there, i took them all happy and this girl ruined the experience completely. First chick fil a i go to that has bad staff. Add the fact that they got my order wrong. after i drove for 20 minutes i noticed i was missing a few things and since i paid cash i cohldnt call back to tell them to do not charge me for what they missed so i had to make a U turn and go back. after this im never again going there unless they train the new staff better, i thought that chick fil a was known for good service. well tonight at 7:15 pm i had the worst experience of all.

i went to this location and asked for 4 numbers two (spicy chicken) meals. explained i only wanted cheese and mayo on the sandwiches like 10 times to the girl taking my order. when i received my food and take a seat to eat i notice no sandwich had cheese or mayo. when i go back and speak to the manager i explain what happen he hands me four pieces of cheese for my to put on the sandwich my self. i find this very unprofessional . never have i been handed cheese in a fast food restaurant that iv had visited before. my first time was a bummer

It was my first time going to this place, I was not sure what to order due to being my second time going to Chick-Fil-A but immediately felt comfortable because the cashier was so friendly with a smile on her face and ready to serve the next person which made taking my order very quick, and the place was very clean and the atmosphere was very nice. I was in and out of their in like 5 minutes because I was just on a lunch break after all. Over all service was quick, friendly and my salad taste great. Will be back again.

I gave this place a 3 because the food is great, however. Just had a cop order infront of me and he payed $0.00. This normaly does not bother me because after all they serve and protect right, im all about taking care of them. What I did not like at all, was when I asked if a military discount was offered for veterans they tell me no, we do not offer military discout. Again, not taking anything from those that do get the discount... well deserved. But why not give it to veterans?? Are they any less deserving?

I went to chick fil a with my friend for a quick meal and found the food excellent and the service even better. Our server, Heather, was always very attentive and kind. When we were finished, she offered and threw away the trash for us. As we were heading towards the exit, it began raining heavily. Heather saw this, grabbed an umbrella, and walked us to our car. Okay, what the hell? Ive been to a 5 star restaurants and not been treated as well. This place is unbelievable, see for yourself.

The foods great most of the time but the service is great all of the time. They need to work on not messing up on orders and those chicken nuggets!! Theyre tough and not tasty at all. Me and my friends used to go there regularly but prefer PDQs chicken recipe and honey mustard tenfold. We now typically prefer PDQ but cant beat Chick Fil As frosted coffee or lemonade, and definitely never their fries!

ChikFila rocks. The food here is always prepared perfectly. Fries too. Orders are never wrong. The staff is ridiculously friendly. Super clean and they bring the orders to your table. It is still fast food but just about the best service I can imagine a fast food place ever delivering. I dont know if other ChickFilas are like this one but this one is run perfectly.

They really take pride in customer service! They are super helpful and nice every time I come (which is all the time) and Ill never forget the day my friend left his keys on the tray they took after the meal. They literally spent an hour digging through the trash to find them and were about to go dumpster diving when they finally did find them.

Dont get me wrong, I like Chick fil A, and I often go to the one in Doral ; but this one in Sweetwater underperforms because service is too slow and customer service is just so-so. It seems the people who work in the kitchen are either incompetent or else dont have a sense of urgency. Hopefully management will read this and fix it.

All Chick-fil-A are pleasant to eat at, I have not been to one that didnt provide excellent customer service. The staff is always polite, eager to help, & the restrooms are usually clean. This is a place I would not mind spending my at....keep up the good work Chick-fil-A....

The management and staff treat you better than some of your own family will. I love the experience of always dealing with manager named Brittany who always has a smile and makes you feel welcome and at home. The food is delicious and always fast but never undercooked.
