One hundred and twenty five dollars later my sink still leaks and the drain still needs to be fixed. I call Suncoast on 2/23 for slow drains, leaky faucet and a shower drain that needed replaced. They promptly came out the next day within the time frame given. The tech was friendly and helpful. He did not have the part to fix the sink but when he put it back together it has stopped leaking and he took pictures of the part. Should it start to leak again they could order the part and come back and fix it. He said that the office had to call with an estimate on replacing the shower drain that it could not be fixed. He put some chemicals down the drain to fix the slow draining problem and said the office would call about the shower drain. I waited until the 6th of March and had not heard back from them. So I called the office and told the lady that answered the phone my problem and also said the faucet also needed to be fixed as it had started dripping again. She then pulled up my invoice and put me on hold for the estimates. She came back on the phone a few minutes later and told me "He would have to call me back" because he was on another line. Well here it is the 29th of March and I have never received the estimate or a return phone call. Meanwhile I have paid a $85 service call plus $40 for the chemicals just so someone could come out and pour stuff down my drains. Nothing has been fixed and I now need to call out another company to get the job done.

my experience with these people was horrible. i just saw, again one of their service trucks pass my house. i hate their company. i lived off of halls river road back from 1999 to 2011. it was during that time (when their new building had just been completed next door to their existing office) that i called them about a problem with my shower. a guy came out and gave me a written estimate for $300. when work started, the NEW guy put a camera down the shower drain and got it stuck. he had to call another guy out. about five guys came out. it took hours for them to fix my shower. they left around 10 p.m. my bathroom floor was covered with mud from their tracking in. i didnt get to bed til around 2 a.m. cleaning the mess. then they demanded $1200 for their time. I DID NOT GET THEIR CAMERA STUCK. EVERYDAY I WAS CALLED FOR PAYMENT AND HARRASSED AT MY HOME. MY HUSBAND WAS BEDRIDDEN WITH A STROKE. i called the owner about the horrible price and mess left at my house. he took $100 off. charitable. a guy with a new york accent. i am a native of florida. i hate those n y accents. i paid but i have been mad ever since. they took advantage of my situation knowing i was almost alone. i should have called the sheriffs department. and yes my husband died shortly thereafter. to this day when i see their truck i cringe. i dont care how good they are now, they took advantage of me.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking at the base, and we needed to replace, or repair it. We decided to buy a new one, but we couldnt install it by ourselves (bad backs:), so we called Suncoast Plumbing. Weve used them in the past, and have NEVER been disappointed. Bobby showed in the allotted time we were given. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. When he was finished installing the faucet he asked if we had our new phone book. I gave it to him, and to our happy surprise he cut out the $10 coupon so we were charged $10 less than what we thought wed have to pay. GREAT SERVICE. Quality performance. We will always go with Suncoast Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs before trying any other company. Ralph

I received a quote from them for a fiberglass shower & vanity/sink install. I had them come back out to do the work & the workers were great & very friendly - fast too. However, when they had "finished" we had a small misunderstanding - I called the company & they sent two more workers out to take care of the issues I had. Bobby was awesome & was willing to go the extra mile. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work, customer satisfaction, & will call them again.

I called these folks on a Saturday morning because i had a leaking pipe. they came in the afternoon because they were already at another job. their man Allan repaired the problem promptly. The gal answering the phone was helpful and informative, the technician Allan was great .when finished I was shocked at the very reasonable price I was charged. since it was an emergency on Saturday I expected to pay a lot more. I have a new plumber. Thank you Suncoast Plumbing.

Wanted two faucets installed. They came out and did one but didnt have time to do the other. Was a simple install and probably would take a whole 15 minutes. Service tech Anthony was great and I dont blame him but the company is not reliable. If you want a plumbing company that puts the customer first I would find someone else.

Larry took out my old olive green sink from the kitchen and installed a stainless steel sink which I supplied along with a new facet and plumbing parts. Great price on the install and he did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend! Thanks Larry, love my new sink!!!
