Went into the store on Friday, Jan.13th around lunch time. Spoke to Bill and explained we needed our hot water tank replaced. Advised we had no hot water. We have the new tank just need a professional to remove the old and install the new. Was advised they would get to us early the following week. We called on Monday, Jan. 16 and Tuesday Jan. 17th requesting a return call on when they could come out. No reply and no hot water. Called today, Wednesday, and Bill answered. He was confused and asked if he put in the work order!. Called a business in somerset who will be here tomorrow. Dont waste your time.

Called yesterday to see about getting someone out to help with a leak and a stuck valve needing replace. 24 hours later Im still waiting for a call back... Guess my jobs to small... Will be needing a new air tank soon too for well, time to call someone else, thanks anyways tri county...

I called them because of an overwhelming septic smell in our bathroom. Called them first thing Thursday a.m. It is now Monday evening and I still have not heard back from them regarding when they will come look at it. Certainly wont rely on them ever again.
