American Home Shield had asked this company to come out to assess a faucet leak in the tub. I talked to Wayne and scheduled an appointment for a Friday. No one showed till the afternoon; my wife called initially and he had no recollection of making an appointment. I called later and reminded him of our conversation earlier in the week and he said he made a mistake and rescheduled for the next day between 2 and 4 pm. The technician called our home at 1.04 pm and left a message that they were in the area. I called back just after 2 pm and the technician claimed he was on the other side of town and was not sure when he could make it. No one showed; around 415 pm I called the phone # of the technician who did not answer and the offices voice mail was full. Subsequent email was left unanswered. American Home Shield asked another company to come out the next week. Unreliable !

Second, maybe third! time we have called with a HELP! plumbing problem in our very old, very badly plumbed house. They answer immediately and get out asap. This last thing had us terrified - hearing running water under the house. Chad got here at 10:05 next day (we were given a 10-12 window) found the leak right away, just a loose nut! When we had imagined redoing the whole house...Chad took pics of the problem on his cool phone and showed me great close-ups of the leak and all that was going on - VERY glad not to crawl under there behind him... and was done, tested all was dry, cleaned up his tiny mess, & charged me a fraction of what I thot was coming. All done before 11 am. These are the guys! They are honest (the owner sings in choir at my church!) smart, reliable and clean.

The plumber whose name I believe was Shawn, was on time, knew right away that I needed a new disposal, he was quick and clean. However when I asked what form of payment he took, he said cash, check, debit or credit. So I proceeded to give him my credit card, and what I got was a big lecture on the evils of credit cards, and what Dave Ramsey says, etc etc etc.....I did try to change the conversation but he just kept going on and on . I will never use this company again....even though they did an excellent job. You are in my house to perform a service, not give me your opinion on Credit card use, I didnt ask for it, I didnt want it.....

Chad from Watershed took care of us big time! He identified that we had a bigger problem, and we did. We had significant water damage and referred us to a restoration company on the spot. The restoration company showed up while he was still at our home fixing other issues. Chad is a nice, funny, courteous and hard working professional who not only fixed our problems quickly, but also made the visit pleasurable, which is is seemingly uncommon these days with service calls. Thanks Chad! :) Definitely recommend this company!

Received a service call from Chad. We were given an arrival timeframe between 8 am and 10 am, and he arrived about 8:15 am. I really appreciated that. Chad was professional, did a quick assessment and replaced the garbage disposal, all in about an hour or so. After the job was completed, he asked if we had any further questions or concerns and had my husband look at the work to make sure we were satisfied. We were very pleased with the customer service and the job, we would definitely recommend Watershed and Chad.
