My phone call tonight on Friday Nov 6 to Quality Plumbing: "Me: Hi, Id like to schedule for a plumber to come out and remove a clog from my kitchen sink. Man at Quality Plumbing: I can have someone out to you tomorrow, Saturday morning. Me: Is there an overtime charge for Saturdays? Man: We charge $164 for the service call and unclogging the sink Me: But is that an overtime cost? Man: That is our regular Saturday cost. Me: Ok, and is Saturday a different charge from Friday?? Man: YES MAAM Me: Ok, Im not sure why you were evading my question. Nevermind. Ill call someone else" I have no idea why he wouldnt answer my question directly, but it was enough to send me running in another direction. Very dishonest.

Am a professional kitchen cabinet installer. Quality plumbing works with a few of the contractors that sub work to me. Theyve been to my house on a few occasions and did a great job. They stand by their work and are reasonably priced. I cant see how someone can rate a business on a phone call. Speak with Dave if you have any questions. Hes a pro.
