My water heater went out on me and was so old, I just couldnt commit to repairing it yet again. Was referred to Palmetto Plumbing by my brother-in-law. I was very pleased at the quick response and the cost for putting in a new water heater. The techs that came were very polite and knowledgeable. Set up appt days ahead. No show at 8:00, called them 8:45 and had to leave message. Called them again at 9:30 - had emergency you are next and they will call . Still no show at 1:00 and no update call. I called a third time and cancelled. Poor customer service.
