So dissappointed in this company! I had a plumbing problem with the line backing up . The guys that came out where friendly, BUT how they run the company is horrible!! Only called them because of the special they had for 99.00 to snake the pipes. When I called the lady said that would be the final price. They guy did a bate and switch ! said on no that is only good if I go in through the main clean out. Which of course my case they couldnt. First time they came out said they got it and it was like brand new working perfect camera guy came out and... NOPE there is something in the line blocking it. He continued on to give me all thes options to fix the problem that guy number 1 should have. I told them couldnt afford that crazy price of an additional 700.00. I said there is suppose to be a 7 day warrenty. He tries to get around that by saying that is only if camera doesnt get out there in 7 days?? He sends orginional guy back out with a different head on the smake that will get through everything and break up everything! Nothing it wont break up!! AGAIN I was told everything was done nothi9ng was left in pipe and it was working like it was brand new perfect! Camera guy comes out so this is guy 3, said everything looked good until I came around and started watching the camera. Yeap, there is was.. still stuck in the drain! I guess it doesnt break everything up! It looks as though it is a piece of tile maybe a plastic cap that when the house was being flipped might have gotten in the drain. Same place it was before! This 3rd guy give me another 3 options which are thriple in price tht the other two guys gave me! I called him out on it and asked why. I wa told Rodger is managment and all quotes should have been by the book as in same prices. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! VERY SHADY! I still do not have my plumbing problem resolved and they have been out three times now! NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM NOT HAPPY !! BBB here I come. UPDATE So I got a call from a man named Darren?? Didnt give me his title, Although he was apologetic and did state they where in the wrong! Again I was quoted a different price from him then the manager!! Really?? Darren thought it would be easiest to cut the pipe and get the piece blocking it out and put a new clean out in. Darrens quote was 576.00. Manager Rodger was 944.00 SAME JOB!!!! WHy do people have to see a women that owns her own home and try to take advantage?? REALLY what year is this? I believe since I was put out over five times of having them to my home and promised twice that they got it everything was working like brand new. They should fix it on their own dime! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! Its the same issue as day one...

updated 8/29/2106. I am so glad to find out that management at Red Cap plumbing takes the time to read the reviews people leave for them about their experience good or bad. A couple of days after the review was initially left by me I was contacted by Jerry from Red Cap Plumbing who had investigated my case and agreed that I should not have been charged since my problem was not fixed. Red Cap has since agreed to refund me my $293. I received an apology and hopefully a refund. Its a rare find now a days where management cares to get involved and do right by their customers. I am thoroughly impressed and humbled. Thanks and Yes Jerry I will take you up on your offer and call you guys again for my plumbing and AC needs as long as people like you are managing things at Red Cap plumbing the company is in good hands. I was looking for a plumber to work on my shower, someone had recommended another company. While googling their phone number this company came up and it showed really good review ratings so I called them instead. Scheduled a visit over the phone, they told me they will waive the 29.95 trip charge. The technician was punctual and polite, he open the shower, went in and out several times and said it will be $293 to calliberate the cartridges is that ok? I agreed assuming that the reason I called them in the first place will be fixed. After a few more trips in and out and a few additional hours I was told the problem is not fixed, and I need to replace the entire shower and was given an estimate for $3480 replacing the shower and removing the tiles. I still had to get someone else to install the new tiles. After closing everything up before leaving I was handed an invoice for $293 which I had to pay even though nothing was fixed and the invoice stated "attempted to fix". I will never do business with this company again or recommend them to anyone. I have never in my life felt so utterly ripped off. If my shower had been fixed and working I would have gladly paid that and more. They did tell me that they will apply 293 to the estimated invoice if I chose to use them. Had they just given me the estimate and not invoiced me the 293 I would most likely have given them the job since the plumber did spend a lot of time trying.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a Plumber. Not only is this company WAY over priced but they provide terrible service. Our bathtub faucet leaked - so we called Red Cap Plumbing based off all the "raving reviews" I found online. The first technician came out and replaced a cartridge, advising us this was a temporary fix and would need the valve replaced. I was told a Supervisor would come out for a second opinion. When the 2nd tech (NO Supervisor) arrived he agreed the valve would need to be replaced which meant they would have to tear thru the tile in our shower wall. The Tech left our bathroom a MESS - everything was completely covered in tile dust - he did not try to cover any of our items to prevent the dust from settling on them. We had dust on everything from our toothbrushes to inside my make up bag to on our clothes into the adjoining closet! I have never seen a professional business leave a worksite in that condition. Upon leaving our home, we were advised a tile tech would be contacting us to set up a time to tile back in our shower wall and in the meantime could not use our shower. TWO DAYS later I call Red Cap Plumbing to get an ETA of the tile tech to which I was told no communication had been passed on. They (briefly) apologized and said he would be by the next day. After the tile tech completed our tile work, I started the process of cleaning my bathroom from ceiling to floor - closet to bedroom (yes, tile dust covered our bed, dresser, bedroom floor and TV) when I discovered that the mount to attach the showerhead was still the rusted original! And as I tried to wipe around the mount, it slid down the shower arm because the caulk had been cracked upon mounting the new showerhead! I would never recommmend this company to anyone. They are over-priced, unorganized and their techs are not competent enough to clean up (or prevent) a mess in your home. **When I say over-priced - I mean charging 3x the amount another plumbing service would have charged.... wish we would have taken our time and got more estimates but when you are in a stressful situation such as a steady stream of water flowing out of your faucet, you are quick with your decisions and in this case, trusted the wrong company.
