I contracted to have a portion of my sewer pipe replaced, about 45 feet. The ground was dug up down to the old sewer pipe. When digging reached the "L" shape in the pipe the digging stopped. Then the plumber started to try an "up sale" me a sewer pump. He stated that the new inclination was going to be very high, 18", I told him to finish removing the old pipe and lay the new pipe. He started laying the new pipe in the trench on top of the old pipe. As the new pipe was laid dirt was put over the old pipe. This procedure was indeed going to create an "18" incline. Again for four more attempts the plumber tried to sale me this pump. I repeated over and over, "Clean out the trench of dirt and old pipe then lay the new pipe in a clean trench. He kept adding dirt and trying to sale me a pump. He went to lunch, took 1 hour. Upon his return, the first words out of his mouth was, "Well have you thought it over and decided about the pump?" I thought to myself,"(Is this man dense or what?"). Again for the sixth time I told him to "Clean out the trench of dirt and old pipe then lay the new pipe in a clean trench." At this point he stated, " I cannot no longer do this job until you buy a sewer pump>" I told him to get his boss here now. Then he and his associate went and sat in their truck for over two hours. (To me it looked like they went on strike.) After 45 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer until the boss will arrive. I was told about 8 minutes. At the 1 hour mark of waiting I was done with this company. I called the Sheriff and asked that a Deputy be sent to my home. I explained to the Desk Sergeant my situation and I wanted this company off my property "quick and fast" peacefully. The Deputy arrived before the boss did and everything went very peacefully and civilized. The plumbing company quickly cleaned up their property and prepared to leave. I paid them for work they had accomplished then they were gone. Now I have an open trench with an old sewer pipe leaking sewage into my yard. I have to finish what the plumber started. I called the landscaping company that takes care of my yard. Good news for me, he has experience in this area. It took him six hours to finish the job as I had kept asking and the inclination was LESS THAN A QUARTER (1/4) INCH not the estimated 18 inches. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY THEN YOU DESERVE THE SERVICE YOU GET. I have over 40 pictures to support my review.

Provident Plumbing is an exceptional company. My family and I are new to the area. Less than 3 months in our home, we had a sewer line break and had to utilize plumbing services immediately. We had home warranty service send over plumbers that they contract with to assess the problem. This company was useless, as, they spent little time and effort to try and find the problem. They left saying they were unable to fix the problem. Thankfully, we called Provident plumbing. Within an hour someone from provident plumbing was able to come to our house. The technicians from Provident Pluming were very thorough and spent a lot of time looking for the sewer line access and finding the problems. In addition to their expert service, everyone that I have dealt with at Provident Plumbing has been kind and mannerly. Customer service is AMAZING! They go above and beyond the "service" they provide. We were continually given updates on progress as well as detailed explanations and visual images of all issues/problems that were encountered. In addition to their excellent service and knowledge, they spent time working with our home insurance company and warranty company to help us acquire the insurance coverage we were entitled to receive. I am truly so GRATEFUL TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES FROM PROVIDENT PLUMBING FOR THEIR EXPERT SERVICE, KINDNESS AND ATTENTIVENESS. --- Kim, Travis, Jason, David, Chad...... thank you for everything. We certainly were distraught with this "disaster" happening, particularly with being new to area --- however, Provident Plumbing made a remarkable difference by providing prompt, knowledgeable, service with A LOT of kindness and compassion along the way. I will certainly use them for ANYTHING we need in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone. Its not often you find good service AND good people! This company is truly "One of a kind.!" CALL THEM!! It will be worth it!!

I used Provident Plumbing to replace my sewage pump and found them to be very professional. The showed up on time both days and stayed until daily task were completed. I did no have to go without plumbing at all. When they finished there was no mess left, they cleaned up everything and very nice and respectful while at my home. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a professional plumber. I would just like to thank Joseph, Travis and Chad for there quick response and tell them I appreciate everything they done for me and my family.

Had a good experience with Provident Plumbing. Ive had an issue with the pipe going into the wall from my toilet rattling and knocking around and its been slowly getting worse until now it happens nearly every time I flush it. Thought I better give a plumber a call before it turned into a real mess. Chris came out and was great--very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He troubleshot the issue quickly but methodically and the cost of the repairs was reasonable. Would definitely call these guys again, especially Chris, for any future repairs.

From the estimate to project completion, Provident Plumbing was absolutely top notch! I had my stainless steel kitchen sink replaced with a huge porcelain one by Jason, David, and Travis. Jason helped me pick out the best faucet for my sink...and get me a better deal. They all did an excellent job! I really appreciated the communication (text/call) before someone was on their way to my house to work on the sink, also! Cant say enough good things about Provident Plumbing! I will definitely be calling them again in the near future.

Unbelievable service - called and they were here WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. Will never use another plumbing service other than this company. Andrew was polite, to the point and showed me some diy tips. I called about a leaking kitchen faucet; he explained in detail how it had to be replaced rather than repaired. He advised that I would be better off purchasing a new faucet and installing it myself - saved me over $100! Oh, there was NO CHARGE OR SERVICE CALL FEE. If they dont fix they dont charge.

I found this company through "Groupon" for a drain cleaning for half price. We had a kitchen sink clog, and scheduled an appointment. The service guy was on time, went straight to work and the job was done in less than an hour. Earlier this week, we received a "Thank You" note written by hand by the owners 8 year old daughter!! It was a very nice touch from this family owned business. We will definitely calling on them again if we need plumbing service!

Great experience with Provident Plumbing! I recently purchased a Living Social deal for this company and called the same day to redeem it..they were able to schedule the service for the very next morning! The service specialist was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job and I felt very comfortable with him coming into my home. He even put special covers over his shoes so he wouldnt track dirt in. I would definitely recommend this company.
