Very poor service from the technician. I called about dim lights and flickering behind one of our light switches near our kitchen sink, which we were concerned could be a potential fire hazard. The technician arrived and showed him the switch. After 5 seconds, he said we had the dimmer on, laughed, and said that will be $88 dollars. It was after 2:00 p.m. and they end their work day at 3:00 p.m., so that may have had something to do with it. I paid him and really felt he didn’t care one bit and even if I kept him around the quality would not be there. After speaking with my wife and feeling like we received little value, I called the office back and requested he come back to look at the flickering. He looked more closely and acknowledged the switch was about to go bad. Our switch had a dimmer and he said they do not carry them because they are $30 dollars and expensive. I checked Amazon and they aren’t that expensive. He told me I should have told the office the type of switch we had, so they would have known. He also said it would be another $88 dollars plus the switch to come back again. The ladies at the office didn’t ask those kinds of questions and quite frankly, you should be prepared and have your vehicle stocked with some inventory. You’ll actually make more money in business that way. I settled for a regular toggle switch, but he was overall way too condescending. I called the office after all this to share my experience. I didnt hear from management or ownership. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t good and I didn’t want to see other people have the same experience I did.

I made an appointment last week for an electrician to replace the timer on my pool. They were supposed to be here at 8 a.m., at 8:30 I called to check on his arrival and was told there was a mixup and I hadnt been scheduled. I was told they could either come out sometime this afternoon or in the morning. I explained that since I work tomorrow wasnt good and I didnt want to stay at home all day today waiting for his arrival. They made the appointment happen this morning by moving other appointments around. The electrician was excellent and since the parts he brought were broken only charged for the replacement part and not the labor. Thank You Jon Brockel for your great service.
