Have been trying to order parts and keep getting the wrong parts. I have the right part number they have the same right part number Cleveland OHio branch keeps shipping wrong part. Have spent 76 minutes over several calls with customer service (mostly on hold) Amanda in CS is very nice but has had no luck in getting cooperation from individual branch. I have 2 separate incorrect shipments 44 pieces that they said would be picked up. NOT!! terrible follow up. They did not have have any problems charging my Credit Card. Down to my last resort.

Milwaukee service lacks terribly in communication. Waited a month before I reached out to Milwaukee corp to find out my warranty was denied due to overloading. Thanks for nothing. I will be slowly be replacing all of my tools with a different brand.
