I am a real estate agent, and the seller in a transaction I am currently working on had contracted Mr. Electric for the electrical repairs that my buyers requested. She thought that by trusting a referral from Angies List, shed be in good shape. Unfortunately, Mr. Electrics neglect has put us in a predicament that could cause my buyers to lose their dream home. The lender asked for proof of the permit pulled, as Parma requires with any electrical work, and lo and behold, Mr. Electric did not pull one!! They set an appointment to come back to the property and fix their mistake, but big surprise, they didnt show up and have since ignored all of our many calls to get this issue corrected. Since they have already been paid on the job, they could care less how many peoples lives they are affecting. The receptionists keep saying they will get our messages to the supervisors, but not a single call back yet. I know that when they are on duty, they have 2 way radios and can be reached at any time. Even if they were busy in the field, it shouldnt take over a week to get a call back! This company is a HUGE ripoff, I was even recently told that from a previous employee of theirs after sharing our experience. They do not care about others, only cashing their checks and moving on to the next victim. I was told that they do take their ratings seriously, but apparently not seriously enough if they cant even take the time of day to return a phone call, let alone fix their enormous mistake!!

I was very weary about having someone i dont know come to my home because of all the stuff you hear about on the news. When Jonathan arrived at my home i wasnt very sure what was actually wrong and i didnt want to be taken advantage of. Thankfully I received Jonathan as my electrician because as soon as he arrived he introduced himself very professionally and assured me that we would take care of me and my problem. I felt very comfortable with him as soon as we had first spoken. He had a calm demeanor, seemed very trustworthy and honest. He looked young when i seen him but after his diagnosis i knew that was not a problem at all. He was very descriptive, thorough, and seemed meticulous with his work. He had found the problem within the first hour and fixed it within the diagnostic because I had explained to him i was on a very tight budget. He made sure i was safe before leaving and left a quote to do a panel change which i will happily be doing very soon with him as my technician. Overall i am very pleased with my experience (1st by the way) with mr. electric. i felt like Jonathan went above and beyond to handle my situation and represented mr. electric very professionally. He took pride in working for mr electric and had nothing but great things to say about them. Thank you mr electric and i think you are very fortunate to find an employee as great as Jonathan. If i could rate him and the company more then five stars i would for training employees as well as Jonathan.

I will never ever have Mr electric or any of their sister companies at my house again. Yes they are polite and courteous, but they "do not clean up after themselves" according to the technician who tore up my backyard electric line to the garage. Replaced the line, but didnt put the grass back, saying they dont clean up after themselves When they came out to replace ceiling fan on bathroom, he had to make the hole bigger and then explained to me that we had to fix the hole. They dont do that. To me this is unacceptable. Now I have a hole in my bathroom ceiling, and the grass in the backyard has not grown back, leaving a very dangerous gap that guests in my yard have tripped on. Dont get me wrong, they fixed the issues, but things were not left as they were found. If there was a way to give less than a 1 star, I would do it, because of not leaving things as they were found. If you, the company want to contact me regarding this, call me.

Horrible! The technician had a slight attitude and the girl in customer service said that they will come and look at the problem we were having for free and give us an estimate. Welp he charged us 134 on a technicality that he touched his tools and thats a diagnostic. Well he touched tools before I signed the piece of paper and he stuck in front of my face, while I was with the water guy! He left with no estimate besides its a 10000 dollar job by word of mouth and "I have to have my boss come back with me on Thursday but it wont be another charge!" How else would he know whats wrong if he didnt look! No thanks to the Thursday appointment, Ill find another electrician.

Wow, husband works minimum of 45 hours per week barely grossed $400 if you are skilled and smart as most skilled and experienced electricians know, your talents are hard to find. If you accept poverty wages for your skills and experience, you have lost a few brain cells! Seriously, electricians do not buy the BS this company is selling. Also, since they suck so bsdly, Id be more than happy to provide names and numbers to pillage their skilled people, just look me up. Mr Electric shame on you for abusing and destroying skilled peoples lives with the job and quoting games you play, Im addition to below livable wages for skilled people. Your time is gonna come!

Tried to use this company in Cleveland for fan installation and they were a no show the 1st Saturday, the 2nd Saturday they were 2hrs late and didnt have proper equipment so they rescheduled, 3rd Saturday was a no show again. The 4th Saturday the fan was installed but on the way out the electrician significantly dented our wall with the ladder. Electrician stated they do not fix these things and to buy some puddy and paint. After all the inconvenience they charged us $400. We will never use this company again nor will we ever recommend this company. Customer service is not this companys priority.

Pleasant experience. I needed a chandelier taken down and another one put in place of it. The electrician Joe Yanke was timely, efficient, knowledgeable, CLEAN, and friendly. He did a great job and did not make a mess. I also got a great deal. There was a $50 coupon on their website at the time that I scheduled their services. I called around to several other electricians/companies and Mr. Electric was the cheapest. They also installed a security light in my neighbors backyard and did a good job at that. Most definitely will use again.

My experience was great. The person I spoke with at the office was courteous and scheduled my service request the vary same morning I called. The technician ,John J. , arrived as scheduled. He evaluated my electrical request and gave a great estimate for the job. He was very professional and informative as to the job specifics. He completed the work to my satisfaction, I could not be happier. This is the second time Ive used Mr. Electric. I will call them again when I need electrical work in the future.
