Just left Storerights office and couldnt be more disappointed. Ive had my valuables here for almost a year now. I received a call today saying there was a water leak in my unit. It appears to be coming from the floors. I know I did not store any liquids in my unit, so it must be coming from the facility itself. The only way to see where the leak is coming from is to move a heavy dresser along with several other items that could take hours to move. I work retail hours and have no availability to move these items over the next several days, much less someone to help me move these items as it will take two people. I told the front desk attendant (Dianne I believe) that I need them to find someone to move my things to another unit. She was incredibly standoffish and not willing to accept any responsibilty for a leak that is clearly coming from their facility. Her words were quote "We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to your valuables". The fact that it is a failure within their facility most likely due to lack of proper maintenance does not seem to matter to her. What am I paying them for, if they cant keep my things safe? So now, they have not only failed to maintain their facility to a high enough standard to keep my valuables safe, but are now refusing to take the proper actions to remedy the situation. So now I not only have to find time out of my busy schedule to move these items but because its so short notice, I will probably have to hire someone to help me. Avoid this place unless you feel like rolling the dice in the hopes there wont be any issues, because if there are, you can rest assured they are not going to help you.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Storeright. I had an unusual situation where a vehicle I was storing needed to be picked up by a truck while I was out of state. Dianne, the facility manager, was fantastic in supervising the pickup and communicating with me throughout the process. She was also helpful from my first phone call in setting up the storage arrangement. The facility itself is conveniently located close to I-95 and Baymeadows, with a traffic signal making it easy to access Western Way from either direction on Baymeadows. Storeright was a great choice for me.

I found out today after looking at my storage unit after one month of use there is mold everywhere. I told the lady up front to informed them. My unit may not be the only one that has mold. She said she didnt get any calls about a leak anywhere and that I should of got insurance and there is nothing they can do. I would recommend going elsewhere. This storage facility does not care about their facility or customer. Mold is big health issues and yall dont care.

Very dependable and well managed facility. The climate controlled units fit my companys needs and are very secure and easily accessed. The staff went beyond the call of duty when the moving vans showed up and we realized our reserved unit was to small. They quickly found us the perfect unit. Been there several months now and are relived that our storage needs are the best they could be.

We have had absolutely no problems. The owners and management are very nice, friendly and accommodating helping us to save money and maximize our benefits by renting there... We have been renting there since 2004 so this is from pretty long experience. The rates are reasonable, and the place is always clean. You also get free candy during Christmas Holiday Season!

I own a unit and I have been impressed with the customer service. The elevator and moving dollys are a huge help and make moving things in and out of storage so easy. It also is very clean and well kept. The location is convenient since it is located right by 295. I have no complaints and I am very happy with everything :)

I rented here for a few months while in between homes. Had two large units. Place was kept clean, Gates always worked, Staff at the time was new but helpful and courteous. Billing went smoothly. I had no issues with the service. Have no reason not to recommend to others.
