Sarah is very helpful and friendly you can tell she is sincere with the costumers and she really cares about the facility. Great Job Sarah you get a A++ from us. The downside to pubic storage is there pricing for storage think it is to high for the area. Received a price increase after 6 months so expect a letter or a surprise when you pay your 6 month 25 to 30 dollars when I called the regional manager he told me that it is in the storage agreement and storage is like a apartment with rent increases yeah every year not every 6 months and We dont live in the unit not the right answer to tell the customer. Should make Sarah the regional she has more people skills than than that. I would give Sarah 5 stars and the facility. But pricing and upper management I would give a 2.

Finally I found a location thats clean both the store itself as well as the units. If you despise moving the way I do and you want things to go as smooth as possible come to this location. I was greeted by Jennifer she was fast, knowledgeable and professional. Some people hate there jobs but she had a true passion for what she does. you dont find that type of service anymore in Orlando . I called my sister right away and told her to move her stuff to this storage also. I was really worry about the cost but Jennifer gave me plenty of options which really put my mind at ease. Never again will I waste my time and money going anywhere else. Thank you Jennifer for caring and treating me like I was VIP!!

I checked out two U-Haul facilities even though they were not at the location I wanted because of the way the public storage site referred to a lease being required. On my way to rent a unit at uhaul I stopped by the public storage I had to pass on the way and in the location I wanted. I met Bonbon who put my mind at ease about the "lease" requirement I had been concerned about. Bonbon was friendly and very helpful, she even provided a unit in the front row that I requested. Im very glad I stopped by there. Bonbon was a pleasure to work with and I ended up with in the exact location I wanted.

The in-store customer service associate Sarah was very courteous, helpful, and professional. She was able to show me the various rental spaces, explain the prices, and complete my rental agreement all in a very quick and efficient process. The storage spaces and the front desk area was very clean. This location was a second stop after visiting another storage unit nearby that didnt quite meet my needs. Definitely rent space from here! The specials amd service are worth it!

Awesome. When I entered the office I was a bit dazed and confused about the storage procedure but thanks to the excellent knowledge of the staff including Sarah, Ciara, and Alison I found myself reserving a second unit and leaving with a smile on my face and willing to tell all my friends about the great customer service I received at this public storage, u will be recommended!!

The Service was Awesome! Bonbon was very helpful and thorough when she was going through the paperwork and this location for me is very convenient. the only thing about it is that the times that you are allowed in there are from 8am to 9 pm (i.e. if you get there at 8:55pm and you take about 10 minutes you will be locked inside, you cant get out even using your code).

I reserved a locker online, and within minutes was called to ask when I wanted to stop by and see it. Every thing was ready, neat, clean and Sarah was an absolute joy. It is employees like her that keep companies with good names. I was in and out of the office in about 10 minutes. Great experience!!
