The location is convenient. The managers are always nice. But what I wasnt happy about was I understand a 10 dollar increase after being there for a year but then another 10 dollar increase after a few more months because they decided to update the roofs and sign in the front. I dont know about everyone else but I didnt ask for a new roof or sign for my rent to go from 29 to now 49 dollars without my consent. I think once we sign a contract we should be locked into that agreed price until we have to renew another contract. Hence the point of a contract.

Extortion. Just read the fine print and the fees. The only storage facility in Jacksonville that charges a Lien fee if you are late. My $40 bill increased to $180. It may be cheaper monthly, but in the long run its not. Very disappointed.

Dont listen to a word they say, dont follow up on anything they say. Also raised the price by ten dollars immediately after signing contract. New management already, call upon the day after the $10 late fee. Nothing by common thieves.

Have been a renter for a while. They raised my rent significantly without warning. When i questioned why, the district ass-manager was very rude in her response. The couple who runs the place is very nice.

The property is always clean and the staff helpful. I have had a unit there for years, but they have raised rates 2 times in less than a year. I believe they have over-priced themselves at this point.
