No communication at all. They barely sent mail or made phone calls. The prices keep going up to the point you cant afford it so then you cant get into your unit because they disable your code after a week of no payment. I didnt agree to the price change so I was going to move out of storage. Instead my unit was put up for auction and nobody called me and told me. I constantly had to go inline to see when my bill was due. The only contact I had was when they sent a letter the prices went up. They said they called but my phone saved their number and I never received any calls. The units are trash ceilings falling apart cracks in the foundation and no electricity. The only good thing about this place is security and the workers are nice. I dont care that my stuff is gone I care that they never communicated with me.

Im a customer in this storage for more 10 years and now with this new administration is terrible bad to worst; dont tell you about raise your payment, I show to make my payment and they close the office till Sarah smoke a cigarette , side gate open so I walk all the property with out notice of somebody who ask me if I was a customer or what?? They should live some body in the office for take care of customer till they take cigarette break or regular break this happens to me so many times??

Absolutely lovely staff and sevice wonderful security measures. Roseliss was extremely helpful i praise her the most for giving me wonderful c.s. very happy atmosphere. Makes you feel right at home. Roseliss was quick and efficient and quickly got my needs met and into my unit a day before my reservation and 25 minutes before close. Never been happier in renting a storage unit from someone. The only available bathroom has been out of service for longer than a month. Now imagine you are coming from moving all day and want to wash your hands or something else more urgent. Guess what?! They dont have one available and send you across the street to a gas station. This in my opinion for the rate I pay $60 for the smallest unit is poor service. Everything else is standard!

She seems to really know her job quite well, and is always offering her help in any possible way to provide prompt and courteous custor service. Roseliss would appear to be a great asset to public storage if she were in a top management posistion...

Crystal and Roseliss were extremely friendly and helpful, they were like batman and robin, an amazing duo. This is my first time ever renting and they made the process easy for me. I would recommend my friends and family to this location, staff is amazing, the location was clean and well kept and they have security cameras there also.

Worst experience with public storage. They need people who speak English and you can understand. They raise your rent and dont tell you threaten you if your late. Lie about putting locks on your unit. Dont pick them go somewhere else. Would give a zero stars if it were possible.
