I was very impressed with the manager of this U-Haul. When we drove in, there were problems because the other U-Haul place put in our information wrong. Gus is extremely customer-friendly and troubleshooted everything for us so that we could get our stuff into storage until we moved into our place. His help for us has been, by far, the best experience Ive ever had with U-Haul. The structure and processes of U-Haul has been very frustrating in my past, but this place certainly stands out as a great pick to make sure it is done correctly. I highly recommend this spot. I cant say the same for other U-Hauls Ive been.

They did a great job for me with my trailer rental. I rented it in Albany and returned it to this location. While I was there I was able to get some boxes and tape. I am not good with these sorts of things and couldnt get hte trailer off my car. It had jammed somehow. The guy who helped spent over 10 mins and finally got a rubber mallet to knock it off my hitch. I know it wasnt that big of a deal, but it felt like they went above and beyond and I appreciate it.

I got what I needed done at an okay price but my goodness this staff..... ...when I rented the truck, the gentleman was completely blank. No emotion. No personality. Nothing. When I returned the truck, the woman was completely rude. I went inside after checking the truck in so I could ask a couple questions and I stood there. Alone. By myself. With no employees to be found. Anywhere. Get the point? Yikes. Idk how some places operate.

Weve used a few Uhaul facilities in the last couple of months with our move from VA. Had to rent a trailer to move our daughter to college in NY and our experience at this location was the most efficient and friendly weve ever come across! Thanks so much!!!!

Arrived at six oclock store closes at seven needed propane was told only the manager can fill propane and he is only there mornings. Maybe they should advertise that.

The mileage doesnt add up. I noticed that for every HALF mile, it was documented as ONE mile. So a 12 mile ONE WAY trip, with moderate traffic was 36 UHAUL miles!
