I was surprised when I called and spoke to the lady who answered the phone, because I tried to visit the agency due to the good reviews (fake reviews?); but I ended up feeling a bit disappointed. She sounded completely sarcastic to me. She didnt sound friendly and welcoming. The way she talked to me on the phone made me feel suspicious of her. I havent heard from anyone at this agency for almost a week. Ive been to other agencies, where workers and recruiters were welcoming and followed up with newcomers. This place could be racist.

The site was very user friendly and I found it to be very refreshing to see all the current jobs they are looking to fill. As with other websites, you are looking at job postings from 30+ days ago but with THRIVAS all is current and definitely gives you a hopeful feeling with this detrimental job market.
