Once i got into wood personnel i never had to worry about another job on school vacations. I worked there during my college breaks (christmas, spring, fall) at Franke and Saks Fifth Ave warehouses. The pay is fair $10+ and the work is easy. If you do your job, it will be easy for you to be employed the next time you come in. As far as staffing goes, the girl who helped me find a job was named Megan. She is very reliable and nice. I occasionally saw her at the warehouse where i worked and asked me how i was enjoying it. They do drug test on the spot in case youre wondering. Sometimes staff members are impatient with people who call/come in. The friends who i have referred to this place say that they gave them "the run around" and they had to wait a long time for employment (they were probably picky about where they wanted to work) but that is not my experience.

Wood Personnel was extremely unprofessional when I dealt with them. From making you wait, to ignoring you, to leaving you while on lunch break, this agency is exceptionally rude to their customers and employees. I would recommend to any professional employer any other temp agency. This agency is not working to hire professionals, they have no regard for those they work with, and are debabtely the worst group I have had to deal with while in business. I would not recommend Wood Personnel to anyone. This agency is poorly run and quite frankly a waste of everyones time when dealing with them.

I have worked for four different temp services and Wood is, in my opinion, the best. The assignments did not last as long as I would have liked, but that up to the conpanies and out of their hands. When one did end though, they are always prompt to find you another. Everytime I go in needing work, I have never waited more than two days to start work. They seem to really care about a person, and meeting their needs. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

i just called about a certain shift about 10 minutes ago, and the lady who answered was very anxious to get me off of the phone. I felt like she just told me anything, and i definitely dont think she actually looked to see if there was a shift available for me. She was very rude because she hung up before I was done talking. Dont get into the customer service business if you dont possess basic soft skills.
