Two days ago my boyfriend went into paramount staffing seeking employment, he has never worked a warehouse job and informed the lady at the desk that he hadnt when she asked. She just smiled and told him that it was okay and that they could train him, and that all he had to do was apply online and then call in a few days to set up orientation. Yesterday he received a call from them actually, and the lady who called was very unprofessional. She asked him if he had experience working in a warehouse and when he said no she told him there was nothing they could do for him and hung up. Now it wouldnt even be a big deal if we werent already told that him having no experience wasnt an issue, and if the lady on the phone was a little more professional about it . Paramount Staffing is a joke.

While working at Paramont the staff seemed plesant, a little unprofessional but pleasant. They found me a job and I started working with in a few days. But during holidays you wouldnt get paid on that Friday you would that following Monday so you were broke all weekend. I work for a warehouse for them and was supposed to receive a $500 bonus. Paramont keeps giving me the runaround. The say itll be in your account on Friday. This has been going on for a month. So I call the corporate office and they are giving me the runaround as well. Everyone else who worked for Warehouse, through a staffing service, received their bonuses. Theres plenty other staffing service in Plainfield go there not Paramont staffing.

I went in to this company to seek employment. Took the drug screen and we were just waiting on my background. so 5 days later I called them (today) and asked about my back ground check and she said its been back for 2 days now and we have one opening in greenwood. I told her that I was told that someone was gonna call me but never did.
