I was a temp working for Elwood Staffing for a company called Epson in Plainfield, Indiana. I got along with all of my co-workers and all of the bosses. I was told I was a good employee. However, I did not get along with the Human Resource woman of Elwood Staffing. She was disrespectful to me ever since I began working there, even though there is a policy against disrespectful behavior. They have no attendance policy and they were writing me up for my attendance which was unfair because I was unaware what the attendance policy was. This ultimately resulted with me and the Human Resources woman having words over this issue. I was then terminated from my job for voicing my opinion about how deplorable Elwood Staffing operates. A day later, Elwood Staffing called to inform me that they will no longer use me for other job opportunities with them. Beware of Elwood Staffing. Do not work for them if you can avoid it. They treat their employees unfairly and they are discriminatory.

I have never seen people been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life I feel sorry any people are hired here. My wife and I came for an interview and my wife was treated like an animal just told what to do where to go and how to do it. The staff especially the front desk associate Shelly has no business in any place dealing with customers. The way people are treated like dumb animals I have never seen in my life. People that work here if u have a job ur just a number to this agency this is where hungry people go to get a job. I thought it seemed professional and first and seemed ok but after watching and listening to how the staff treats people like children I cant believe people allow this.

Unprofessional and disrespectful.I was in the top 3 most productive employees at Ingram. The manager Tiffany was verbally abusive to everyone under her management. When I defended the other employees in a calm and professional manner I was reprimanded .I asked the Elwood representative(Yolanda) if it would affect my hire ability with Elwood and I requested another assignment.She told me everything would be fine and instructed me.She then lied to me and the agency and sabotaged any further possibility of me working through Elwood. Probably for the best.

I went in there once looking for a normal 8 hours job. I told them I didnt want or need alot of overtime hours, they said there wasnt any at this job. I went in and as soon as I sat down the company told us straight out there was overtime 12 hours each day mandatory. I told the H.R lady. They all knew at this company that overtime was mandatory. I WALKED OUT and havent called or been back since

Thank you Donna for knowing when to make make an exception. This demonstrates that you use critical thinking skills when helping your clients and employees.
