One word !! HORRIBLE!! I bought a house about a year and a half ago and the roof was good, but the only problem was it was done without permits which made my insurance very high. So I decided since I had some extra cash I would fix it this way I could lower my insurance., but visually looked fine with no leaks. I paid almost $11,000$ to have it redone with permits, needless to say by the time it was done it was completely warped and uneven. I emailed office manager Amanda, And her words were we are doing you a favor by pulling the permits and doing your roof. I have never dealt with people like this in my life. She then told me that in my contract it said they were going to remove any damaged wood and replace it. If they wouldve told me that replacing the New wood and leaving some of the old wood would have left me with a completly warped and uneven roof I would have not done it. I sent her pictures of the final results and her reply was, I dont know why it would look like this. I gave them one simple job and six weeks to do it. They gave me a price and I did not argue I just paid it because I wanted it done once and done right.. The only thing they did correctly it was bill my credit card. Now that they got paid I get no reply to any emails phone calls or text from the owner. I had to take time out of my own vacation to fly to Florida to look at this Horrible job.. Ive had two roofers come to my house within the past three days and they told me the same thing (this is horrible and you should NOT pay for this).. Once I told the office manager Amanda I should not have to pay for this she went ahead and told me they would put a lien on my house. So if youre thinking about going with these people. Give it a second thought because I just got hustled out of almost $11,000. And now that I want to put my house on the market I have to figure out how Im going to do this. If you go on yelp there a pictures.. Then I emailed the office manager Amanda and told her I was going to write a review and take legal action, and that I did not like to burn bridges but I cannot believe how unprofessional they are and how they totally dismissed me after they got paid. She then emailed me and said I was annoying and I called too much.. Im sorry but when you tell me that your guy is going to be at my house and then someone else tells me he is on vacation, damn right I am going to call.. Then she tels me she wasnt going to deal with me. Im sorry but Im paying almost 11,000 for a roof I would like it done right.!! Meaning just as good as it did or if not better. But to get attacked by that nasty animal, i felt like it was dealing with a third grader.. Who does business like this?

I needed a repair done on the flat roof portion of my roof and called several roofing companies, all of which were very expensive and oddly enough, reluctant to do the job. I then called One Way Roofing and spoke to James Galimidi, who quoted me below what the other companies were charging, and, get this, for an entire new roof! The project was started promptly, with Armando and his crew working fast, skillfully and professionally. Everyone in this company had a great attitude and went above and beyond what I expected. Armando did the job right and did not cut any corners. If you think getting a new roof or having your roof repaired is something for a rainy day. dont wait. These guys will do it right.

We were in danger of losing our home owners insurance if we didnt get a new roof. We thought that larger "Do it yourself" stores would have better rates & financing, but when I called Mike at One Way Roofing, he was there THAT afternoon & the quote was thousands of dollares less! We were able to get the exact roof we wanted, for the price we were hoping to pay. He made everything quick and easy, with more concern for a quality job than massive profit. They were quick and efficent and finished everything ahead of schedule. Im actually sad they ONLY do roofing! I would go to them for everything & Ill recommend them to everyone I know.

From the moment I called One Way Roofing I knew there was something different about them, I just felt like I could really trust them. Maybe it was because Mike didnt try to sell me he just gave me the information and there were no hard closing tactics. My roof was done on time and more importantly on budget, now my house looks beautiful. I was even able to get a reduction on my insurance premium, thanks to Mike. I highly recommend One Way Roofing to anyone that needs a roof!

We needed a new roof from the hail and wind damage - OneWay was here immediately to cover the missing sections. Our insurance only approved one outside wall for siding, but because we let OneWay work with the insurance company, they got the entire house sided - now all four sides match. Now weve had a flood inside and the first person we called was OneWay!

Finding myself with a leaking roof and a dishonest previous roofer made me very hesitant to call another for help. Roofer calls you back after one phone call for service. Mike Poole schedules repair within 48 hours. Not bad after some serious rain. Shows up and repairs a 30 year old roof with leak. So far repair is holding after some more nasty storms. No complaints from tenant. Fair price for awesome service. Would highly recommend,

Called to have an inspection/estimate on home roofing repair. Was told I would receive a call regarding the cost. Never heard from them, even after three phone calls saying they would call me back that day with the price. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Ended up going with another company that was more responsive.

Right from the start very prompt, very pleasant and stuck to their estimate, also the work team were pleasant and professional and carried out the repair as explained and when finished left everything clean, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
