After several minor jobs with Embick Roofing over the years, it was time for a new roof. I found the perfect roof supplier in Gulf Coast Supply in Stuart for a high end metal roof. One of their approved installers was Embick. As all 4 estimates were about the same, I gave the job to the folks I had used before. This was one of 2 HUGE MISTAKES on my part. The Friday before the scheduled date, I just happened to be home and a delivery truck shows up with a delivery to Embick Roofing, but to my address instead of theirs. They wanted to place 1 ton on materials on my roof. I called Jeff Embick who proceeds to chastise me for not knowing I would be getting a delivery. He was a total ass! I asked him why no one CALLED to let us know to expect this delivery, and again, I was the MORON for not knowing this would occur. The next morning, I am taking a shower, when I hear footsteps on the roof. There is a ladder against my house and an unmarked truck in the driveway. I come out with a gun to find out who the hell is on my roof. One speaks no English, the other just barely. They work for Embick and they are there to now measure the roof. Luckily one spoke English. If you read the monthly Sheriffs reports, there are many break ins in Jupiter Farms. I am ready to fire Embick, but my girlfriend REALLY wants the new roof. I swallow my feelings (Mistake #2) and allow them to proceed. I am not sure how many Illegal Aliens were here, but on Thursday and Friday, there were 20+ workers an no one spoke English. The installation has MANY bulges and wrinkles. Embick damaged my gutters which cost me an additional $300 for me to replace. For $29,000, I expected professional work AND behavior. As I was told, I obviously dont know what I am talking about when it comes to roofing. And I am sure that is true, but as a Consultant to multi-millionaire and multi-multi-millionaire business owners on 2 continents; the business we are all in is the Customer Service and People Business. Jeff Embick is an arrogant bully. When I shared my experience with my Wells Fargo banker, he said he had heard the same things and never heard anyone say anything positive. I purchased a fixer-upper in PBG and the first order of business was putting on a new roof. I asked my realtor, my mortgage agent and friends for recommendations, of which Embick was one. I spoke with 5 companies and got bids from each. Craig Lodee, Vice President (I believe) of Embick came out, I discussed what I thought I needed, I heard his recommendations and then he handed me a list of his employees. The list included home addresses and phone numbers. He blew me away by telling me that there would be no sub-contractors on the job, only Embicks employees and that my supervisor would be Bahama. I had Craigs email address and contact number, as well as Bahamas. That was all very impressive and the roof is coming along quite nicely, but what has impressed me the most is that when weve hit a few snags (as all projects have the potential for) Craig and Bahama have been available to me, even on the weekend, even when one is out of town. Craig has continued to be patient in dealing with me and the mistakes I have inadvertently made. Every question Ive had, every thing that Ive needed explained again - Craig made me feel like we are on a team. The goal of the team is to put on the best roof possible, in a timely manner, at a fair price. Thats a team that I feel lucky to be on! Thanks to Embick, Lucinda

I really dont know where to start because theres so many great things to say about Embick Roofing. There were so many companies out there but from the beginning when I request a quote I was impressed with Embick Roofing. Chris Embick and his staff were very easy to work with and everyone was very professional. I an still in awe with Chris and his dedication because I email him on a Friday well after business hours and he replied back to me shortly thereafter. The product and workmanship that they provide are hands down the best out there. If I ever buy another house and need to replace the roof I will definitely have Embick Roofing do it and not even think twice about getting a quote from another company. Thank you very much Chris for the awesome roof and protection that you provided me and my family.

I shopped around to a couple different roofing companies and decided to go with Embick for many reasons over all the other companies and so glad I did. They did amazing work on my home, the crew was all very nice and hard working. This company SHOWS UP when they say and I always felt like I knew what was going on. Pricing was great and I never felt pressured to do anything. If I had to do it all over again I would pick them time after time, I even recommend my mother to their company! THANK YOU CHRIS EMBICK! I woke up to a nightmare in January with all the heavy rain we had in Palm Beach County...my entire living room drywall was coming down due to a bad leak in my roof. Chris came out personally after I called him frantic and quickly assessed what was wrong and how Embick Roofing could fix it with several options. He got my roof fixed and gave me a great contact for doing inside repairs when he was done..I couldnt be more pleased!

The crew was professional and punctual. This is the 2nd time I have hired Embick roofing and if I buy another house there will be a third. This was definitely a "get what you pay for" scenario in the best way. Jeffs estimate was reasonable and the work was completed on time.
