Completely unprofessional and lack of responsibility. Called for a repair quote and scheduled a date and time window of 10-12. On that day I get a call at 10:15 that the driver couldnt get through the gate. I dont live in a gated community. Someone he had the completely wrong address. He said he would call the office and find out what is going on and I asked that he call me back when he finds out. 2 hours later I have to call their office myself. The receptionist says she will call me back after she calls the driver. Immediately she calls me back, but she actually meant to call the driver. After a few minutes she calls me back and tells me he had the wrong address and he wouldnt be able to make it out until after 4. I said thats fine, just have him call me when he is on his way and Ill meet him there. Some of us cant afford to just sit around waiting all day. At 5:15 I get a call saying hes about 30 minutes away. At 6:15 I get another call saying hes here and hes upset that my house is two stories when I said it was only one. Again, hes at the wrong place. I send him my address again and he shows up 10 minutes later. 3 guys climb onto the roof, tell me things like you can see the nails (which you cant as I was up there the day before to see what the problem was). They said they would send me a quote by Friday (2 days from then). I still havent received a quote and its been a week. To top it off the driver was saying the address was wrong that he was given, but I saw the form they were using and the address was correct. He just didnt read it correctly. If you cant read, you shouldnt be the guy in charge. Complete waste of my time to just listen to the guy spew bs as me the whole time. There are plenty of other companies out there that at least act more professional before trying to take your money.

Would definitely recommend using Ranger Roofing to anyone! I had a roof leak during a recent storm, and they were able to come out the next day and repair it at a very fair price. The owner was very professional and courteous and worked with me to ensure that I was able to get this taken care of quickly, despite my Homeowners Association guidelines. Would not consider using anyone else for future roof issues. Thank you Ranger Roofing!
