Jose C. Negative BEWARE OF WARRANTY. This company tells you that the warranty for the roof shingles they install is 25 years. In reality, for the first 10 years they repair your leaks with no problem. Response was great. After 10 years, we were on our own to go directly to the manufacturer of the shingles after discovering that the singles were defective. We are now responsible for paying the cost of replacing the defective shingles with neither J & K nor the manufacturer of the shingles willing to cover the cost. My roof was installed May 2002, making it only 15 years old. I have been dealing with this issue for over 5 years after discovering the shingle was defective ( manufacture by Owens corning roofing and asphalt ). J & K do not care to back me up on the warranty. I recommend not doing business with this company. YES, Owens corning roofing and asphalt, admitted of defect and willing to replace the material, but on the warranty , J&K ROOFING DONT MENTION OF YOU BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING( OVER $10,000 DOLLARS ) FOR THE NEW INSTALLATION OF THE NEW SHINGLES AND THE REMOVAL OF THE DEFECTED SHINGLES ............ BEWARE .......

Great experience! Started with a very professional call on Saturday morning from Sammy to give me an estimate. Gave his time of arrival, came a little earlier than projected (which was excellent). Surveyed the area quoted me a price (at which was the best) signed the agreement and they came out bright and early Sunday morning. Punctual, respectful, courteous and professional. Met Chris who also was very polite and professional. I have had other services done on my home from different companies. However, NONE of them have delivered the way that these guys have. It is definitely a positive reflection for J & K s company as a whole. With this type of service, it will take them far. Would and definitely will recommend them to everyone that needs a roofer. EXCELLENT SERVICE all around from start to finish!!!

Our roof had been leaking for awhile and we called a well known area roofer for a quote. They couldnt find the leak apparently so couldnt tell me the extent of the damage but gave me a quote that was considerably high. I looked online for some other choice and boy! I am SO glad I did! The entire process went very well. I was impressed with this company as soon as I called several weeks ago. As I did not have a roof leak, just the need to have some tiles replaced, they told me to call back once the rainy season came to an end because it would be less expensive. This was impressive. Once I called them back, within just a few days they have given me an estimate, ordered replacement tiles and got the work done. Easy, excellent price and quality work.

My roof needed replacement due to hail damage. It needed to be completely stripped, and the sheathing and insulation needed replacement. Additional vents needed to be installed too. J & K Roofing gave the best price out of all the contractors we contacted, and they were the best too. They did a good job in replacing the roof, sheathing boards, and adding vents. They also helped me claim money from the insurance company. I am very happy with what they did.

Excellent. He gave me a quote on a Wednesday right then and there. Chris was very thorough and gave me an explanation for everything. No pressure at all. Chris was great! I also provided some of the materials. I text him on a Friday and he came on a Saturday. They were very accommodating. He was there when he said he will be there. Amazing customer service.

Extremely reliable and honest. Cris came to my house exactly when they said he would, inspected the area, took pictures and showed me that the problem wasnt with the roof but was with some cracks in the second story concrete that goes into the roof on the first story. Thanks for being so helpful.
