Never showed up after 2.5 months and over 15 attempts at contacting them to fix broken rubber flange cap that was causing a leak in my ceiling. Showed day after I contacted them, said it would be $80 to fix and done within a week. Extremely disappointing. Never gave any reason why it wasnt done. Always told Id be contacted back but I never was. Now ceiling is even worse.
