I would like to recommend Rich and Triad Installations to everyone who is in need of roof replacement. Triad Installations has replaced the roof on my house and they did such a good job that I recommended them to my parents. The work on my parents’ house was also completed in timely manner as it has previously been agreed with the Triad Installations. From the first moment we met until the roof was complete it was a positive experience. Rich was always responsive of my text messages and calls. If he did not pick up the call I would leave him a voicemail and I would always hear back from him the same day. I never waited until the next day to hear from Rich. The work performed on the roof was great and the price was reasonable, it matched from what I was getting from insurance company while my parents had to add a little bit extra since they had different insurance. The guys performing the work were professional and thy would answer any question I had about the work, and there were quite a few question from me, being an engineer I was interested in learning something about the roofing business on the day the roof on my house was being replaced. Also, Rich came $3,000 less then another big roofing company in the Greensboro Area that everyone will come across since they are big and had somewhat good ratings. Those guys tried to take advantage of me, thinking I was young and inexperienced, their price was unreasonable. While Rich was honest from first day, and even lower his original price to work with me and have me the product I wanted. I would recommend to everyone to get a 3-D shingles, they are more expansive but they look a lot better than the classic shingles. Thank you for the great job and great work you guys did on my house and the house of my parents, we are extremely happy with the new roofs and the way roof was installed!!!

Dear Triad Installations, I want to thank you for all the help you have given us. The owner, Rich Barlow, was very helpful and met with us several times before work started and throughout. To start, we wanted you to install a new roof on our 1950s brick house and the unattached garage. It was well past due for replacement and had started leaking very badly on the second floor. You were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Your crew was very efficient and did a great job. Wayne and his crew were especially helpful and thorough. He was always very willing to answer any questions I had while he was on the job. In the process of putting the roof on, we were told by the banks appraiser that we would also need to fix the windows in order to satisfy the loan agreement. We contacted Rich to talk about it. He jumped right on it and got them measured, ordered, and installed in a very timely fashion. We were very pleased with all the work and with the new look of our older home. Well, about two months ago a wind storm came through and knocked over a 70 foot oak tree onto the garage. Again, Rich and his crew were there when we needed them. Wayne also headed up the actual repairs, with Richs brother doing the painting. Now, our garage looks better than before the tree fell on it. I would highly recommend Triad installations to anyone needing a roof, windows, or most any kind of home repair. I know I will be calling them again when we are ready for a deck. A year ago Triad Installations replaced our roof. Rich Barlow and his crew finished the roof in less than two days and the work was flawless and beautiful. This year my wife and I decided it was time to update our 1987 built house. We wanted new windows, siding, trim, gutters and a new front door. We made one call - Triad Installations. Rich spent a great deal of time showing us samples, giving us ideas and offering suggestions. Any contractor can do that. The devil is in the details - otherwise known as the estimate and the finished product. We waited with some apprehension wondering if we would be able to afford the project we had undertaken. Two days later we received the estimate and simply could not believe we could have the project completed within our budget. Richs crew finished a complete makeover of our home in a week. The workmanship and professionalism of his crew was again flawless. Rich stopped by several times during the week to make sure we were happy with each step. The result was stunning. Not only do we have the best looking house on the street, the suggestions Rich made are paying off. Literally. Our heating has bill dropped 40%. This will continue during the summer. There are a lot of contractors out there and look around but I highly recommend Triad Installations for any home improvements anyone may be considering.

So after looking at all of the wonderful reviews on here, I referred my elderly parents to contact them for a roof replacement. They called yesterday and was told that the contractor would call them back when he got the message. He called back this morning and told them he would be there to give an estimate at 12pm. Then he called back a few minutes later and said that he would not be there until 12:30pm or 1pm. So my parents waited there, in the mist of a family member passing and having to make errands and funeral arrangements, for him to show. It was almost 3pm,no phone call and he did not show up. So I convinced my parents to call him,maybe he got into an accident or something terrible happened. No, they call and he says sometimes it gets like that he was busy but he is near them and he can be there shortly. Never says Im sorry or I apologize for the inconvenience that I may have caused yall. But he says "do you want me to come or not". Unbelievable, really was that necessary? It is ashamed that to find a good, respectable contractor you have to know somebody that knows a good contractor to do you right. Im glad others have had a good review, but there was no excuse to why this happened. Everybodys time is valuable, not just yours.

We had five different companies give us estimates. The first came out and told me he was not sure if they could do our type of house, which is a doublewide on a brick foundation. He would have to have his installer check and get back to me. He never called me back. Two other companies came out and wanted me to sign the contract right there and got annoyed when I told them I need to think it over at least overnight. We settled on Triad Installations, Rich the owner was very easy to talk to and did not pressure us at all. He came back with the window installer Wayne and measured the windows and offered us the best price. Wayne came out with his assistant and installed the windows in one day. Wayne came back the second day to complete the outside trim. The window installation was excellent both inside and outside. I already can see, feel and hear the difference. Visually the look great. I can hear the difference too, its quieter when cars go by, and efficiently the air conditioning was not coming on nearly as much on a day that was 94°. My next door neighbor complimented me on the windows and said how impressed he was of the workmanship of the installers. I am glad my wife and I made the decision to use this company.
