UPDATE!!!!! 7/19/16 I am updating this review from 1 to 5 as Tom Baiunco, General Manager contacted me after running across my 2 year review and came out and fixed the problem at no cost to us. I call that serious customer service. Looks like they are under new management and are trying to do things the right way. I cannot go into detail as Google only allows a certain amount of characters for a review. But it speaks volume that after two years, they would fix an issue that we had given up on. You can see the original review below. Our roof no longer leaks. Thank you Tom, Francisco and all that were involved. We will use you in the future and refer friends and family to you. ____________________________________________________________________ (2 Years Ago) This company is only getting a 1 star rating because I cant give them "0" stars. We called them in July and only got voicemail so we left a message. After a week with no one calling us back, we called back and left another message. A few more days went by before someone called us back. After this, someone came out the very next day to check the leaks on our roof. We only had two. One in our granddaughters room and one in the main bathroom. The guy went up on the roof, did what we assumed was an assessment and came back with a verbal quote. Then the company sent a written quote via email. The next morning around 8am our family was awakened by someone hammering on the roof. This was a different person than the day before. My husband works nights and had only gotten home a couple of hours prior, so we were sleeping. The guy didnt have enough respect to knock on the door to notify us that he was here and would be working on the roof. As were listening to his hammering, we realize he was doing a lot of hammering and a lot of pulling and in areas that were not affected. He was up there for quite a long time. My husband went out to see what progress was happening, the guy hammering didnt say much. He was not very friendly. After a while we went to look again, and the guy was gone. My husband called the company and the guy told my husband he would send an invoice. A few days later we had a heavy rain. We checked the two spots that were originally supposed to be repaired. One of them, the one in my granddaughters room, was still leaking a bit. I walked into the kitchen to get a bucket to hold the water until we could reach Baker the next day and I walked into a puddle of water on my wood floor in our dining room. When I turned on the light, the dining room table was full of water and the floor was soaked. The water was leaking from the chandelier in the ceiling, and because we have vaulted ceilings, it was running down the roofline of the house. We called Baker immediately and left a message. They came the next day and we took pictures. They repaired this leak that should have never leaked in the first place. In other words, they created a leak elsewhere. In the meantime, my husband had been calling asking for the invoice, and they didnt send it until weeks later. Shortly after they sent it, they called and asked her for payment, mind you we had just received it a few days earlier, even though we had been asking for it. October, we had another heavy rain, and I could hear dripping in the ceiling that got faster and more frequent as the rain got heavier. First I heard one drip, then two drips. I inspect the ceiling in the master bath in our bedroom, and THAT ceiling is leaking. We called Baker Roofing again, this was in October, today is November 17th and weve not heard a word from Baker roofing. I wouldnt refer my worst enemy to these people. They are a poster child for poor service and poor customer service. We wish we had waited a while before paying that invoice. Now were having to try to find another roofing company to fix the problems that Baker created. I am so surprised. We should have done more research on this company, but didnt because we didnt see any complaints through the BBB. Probably because no one ever complained about their shoddy work.

Misleading - I called and requested an estimate and was told someone would call back. A few hours later someone did call back and advised me they had some information for me. They just wanted an address to send a bill? A bill? For what? They didnt even estimate anything. After going around about this, she advised that there would be $100 fee for the estimate if we didnt know where a specific leak was. Very poor service and unprofessional attitude. We will not be doing business with them.

Excellent service. Went above & beyond to finish our roof before our baby was born. Very professional and friendly. Followed up several times to ensure our happiness, and helped us every step of the way with the paperwork. Checked & double checked around the house to be sure no harmful materials were left behind that would endanger our dogs. Very reasonable pricing compared to competitor companies. Great warranty. Francisco was our favorite!
