Company made apt to meet with insurance adjuster. No one came to property. Call to company. Poor customer service and tone. Unapologetic. Unkind. Man on phone said " I am sure youre a northern transplant, I reckon!" and hung up on me. I would not recommend. Good thing people need to replace roofs frequently, no need for new business.
