I have never ever had such excellent customer service and such nice people to deal with both in the office and with the guys that fixed the roof. Andy and Antonio were extremely hard workers and determined to do the very best job. They stayed way past regular work hours until dark to be sure the job was done right. Just called Lenox Roofing and asked about an estimate for some damage on roof. The person asked me what kind of damage, and when I told him it was a small job of just a few shingles blown off, he then informed me that they are doing no repairs right now. Sounds to me as if the job was too small and not enough money to be made so I was blown off.
